Fantastic ice cream. I was served quickly. Employees were prompt and knowledgeable. It even smells good in here, like baking waffle cones!
Floor was extremely sticky so that you could hear each step I took, which kind of dampened the experience.

Ordered a Love it size on DoorDash. I was given a kids size with the cup put into a larger cup to make it look bigger than it was effectively ripping me off. You clearly realized it was supposed to be in a bigger size why be so lazy?

Wow. Where do I start? Service was terrible. Literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes to be waited on. There were 3 employees and all ignored us. Finally husband went over and asked if someone would wait on us. Next, oh my goodness, it is FILTHY inside! Everything is dirty, the counter where they mix the ice cream has dirt and dried ice cream all over it, tables are all gross, floor everywhere has trash, spilt ice cream and black grime everywhere. Windows and doors are covered in dirt and dried melted ice cream. Always been our favorite place to get ice cream cakes but not anymore. Not worth the risk of getting food poisoning.

799 for a small total scam and rip off. I noticed I didn’t really get anything in return from my rewards. On top of that, the aftertaste is terrible. Total sales scam, but total ripoff even in terms of greed. Not sure what it is, but I’ve lost interest. Screw cold stone not even worth it. I’d be critical the next time going to a soft serve ice cream place like this.

I ordered ice cream ahead of time and I go to pick up my order… no lights on, door is locked, no one is inside. 20 minutes before closing (the time it says on Google AND on the window of the facility). Don’t let people order ahead of time if you’re going to just choose your closing time.

If I could have given a negative number on my experience Sunday night I would have. It was about 15min to close and me and my 2 friends came in. Only one friend ended up getting any thing. I was told that I wouldn’t be getting served that the employee was done for the night. My friend got whatever she was willing to serve. It was a disgusting experience. And a disgusting employee who should never work in the food industry. I am still sick from the experience and upset. 2 huge thumbs down.

Came in 15 minutes before close hoping to get some ice cream. There was only 3 of us. Employees hid in the back room until they closed. As soon as it turned 10 o’clock, said employees came out and informed us we were to leave immediately. Such unprofessional service from the employees working tonight. Do better Coldstone.

My family and I appreciate a nice treat from Cold Stone, but I am giving Cold Stone a 5 Star for demonstrating their integrity by the way the manager handled an issue with my order. I did not receive one of my treats and the manager went above and beyond to WOW me. I just want to say thank you so much for putting your customer first.
