nice location on the way home pick up dinner and earn points for your wife I always order the peoples choice. what I noticed about this location was all the local people work so hard to keep everything looking good and ready to serve. this dominos was a pleasure to do business with and look forward to order again always a good pizza and always helpful and courteous people.

Ordered a Pizza and a drink. Was told that it would arrive in 25/30 minutes, called back after waiting an hour for my food. Was told by the manager that they have nothing on file for me, need i mind you that I gave them my Debit card information. The man on the phone told me that they couldn’t deliver to me. I asked why would he tell me that I would have it in 25 minutes if they couldn’t. Manager in the background arguing with the driver that the order wasn’t even put in but HE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. He then told me he was going to just write it up and a pick up order. Then proceeded to ask for my card information again as he stated it was not saved in the system. (Need i mind you, he stated previously that the card was approved). I then told him I did not feel comfortable giving him my information again and that I would like to speak to the manager, he told me that the manager was busy and cannot talk to me with an attitude. I then told him that I would just have to report them then because that is not right and I am going to bed hungry. The food is already sloppily done, but they were the only ones open and I was very hungry at the time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Add 25 additional minutes of waiting time to whatever your app says if you order from this place. It has happened to our family twice in a row now.
The wait is bad enough, but the dishonesty is what makes interacting with this establishment especially unpleasant.
I hope the manager will consider changing the “expected wait time” from “14-24 minutes” to “60 minutes or more.” Setting expectations appropriately will allow people the dignity to make an informed choice.

Refuses to deliver to our address. They used to have pick up locations close to our home but they got rid of them. Little Caesars on Archer and 34th street will deliver to us, but our neighborhood Domino’s won’t.

I ordered 3 pizzas tonight. This one in the photo is supposed to be a Philly with no meat or veggies. I literally order is every time I order from dominos and it has NEVER looked like this. The manager told me it was because it didn’t have meat on it. It blows my mind that anyone working there would think this pizza is worth serving anyone! I also ordered and 1/2 cheese and pepperoni but it was all pepperoni. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch without tomatoes that had tomatoes on it but then they pulled them off. Worst Domino’s EVER! This wasn’t my first order from this location that was messed up. Go to the Alachua location! Their AMAZING and their pizza is ALWAYS FRESH and HOT!

Poor service here. You order online and you’re waiting an hour or more for food. You’ll get a email confirmation of your order, and they won’t even have started your food 30 minutes later when you show up. Nothing but excuses from the employees and they refuse to reimburse you.

Great service! Ordered online for a pickup order, but didn’t have the option to select “cut into 10 slices” (for a kiddo party) so I was able to call and actually talk to someone who did it with no qualms. They helped me carry the pizzas to the car and were kind and courteous.

I’d like to report an issue with one of your delivery drivers named Crystal. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked her to move her car because she had backed me in, she responded by yelling at me at the top of her voice.
