For starters, it is a very loud place. Don’t go there if you plan on having conversations with somebody. It was reasonably busy but it still took a long time to get food. I heard one of the workers complaining that no one was back there. And a few apologies.

The menu itself is very limited. I know they only deal with chicken fingers and that’s not why I’m saying that. You can basically get a combo or you can get individual chicken fingers but you can’t get an individual chicken sandwich. It looks like. At least there’s no pricing for it. Also, regardless of how many chicken fingers you buy, you have to pay separately to get sauce.

I will say the chicken fingers are decent, but not sure they’re worth the price point they’re at. At least for a combo that I really didn’t want. And you do pay extra if you want lemonade but the cup isn’t very big.

It was my first time and probably last time having it. But I wish them well.

The food was ok. The fries were very traditional and overly salty. The chicken was good, but it was covered in a lot of oil and a little messy. The sauce was really only good on the chicken. The Toast was amazing.

Service was quick and fast. Way faster than most fast food chains in the area. The ambiance was terrific, but a little loud due to the large number of people.

I was going to rate it 4 out of 5, but the parking situation was so bad. Had to make an illegal turn to avoid oncoming traffic to get a parking spot. Security team on site advised me that it was the only parking space they had available.

I was excited to try Raising Canes for the first time today, in Dover, Delaware. My 11 year old daughter recommended we try it, so your advertising must be working. With the number of businesses across the country I was expecting an experience similar to chick fil a. While the physical appearance and staffing met those expectations, the food was a flop. I’m not sure how you become so successful of a franchise with chicken tenders that are served soggy, laying in a puddle of grease they were cooked in. The bread we were served was really good, but we didn’t go there for bread. We were lured there for the prospects of some of the best chicken we will ever have, and unfortunately it wasn’t even close.

Was going to go to Hardee’s but made the split decision to take the siblings to Raising Cane’s. We were impressed by the small yet inviting building, and the quirky employee outfits. The cashier Bryce was patient and friendly! — I was not particularly thrilled with the food; I feel like it was nothing special (aside from the sauce), and the fries weren’t all that salty. Honestly, I could’ve enjoyed Hardee’s for cheaper.

However, I will give a shout-out to the employees that remedied an awkward mistake : We had our foreign exchange student with us, and I guess there was a miscommunication regarding the “3-tender meal” or “3 tender meals,” leading to him accidentally paying $30 for 3 meals when he only wanted one. The employees were very kind in fixing the situation and refunding him, and didn’t make us feel bad about it. — I don’t know if I’d go back for the chicken, but the people were great.

The chicken is tender and the fries were fresh. The Texas toast does it for me every time. All of the workers were really sweet and hard working 🙂

I love chicken strips. When I saw the Canes Chicken was opened we had to stop there. We got the 4 chicken strips meal. It came with fries, coleslaw, a dipping sauce and. Both the coleslaw and dipping sauce were the worst had in a week. While the ordering was easy paying for it was not. We were told to proceed to the 1st window. Well the 1st window was the 3rd one.

This was the first time we were here. The food was great and the service was exceptional. One of the ladies gave my girls the last of the raising Cane’s dogs. She had one that she gave to one of my girls and said she would come back to give my other daughter one. There wasn’t anymore and she gave hers to my daughter. She touched our hearts and my girls are so grateful.

I was excited to have a Raising Cane’s in Dover but am completely disappointed. This was the most bland meal I had in a while, the chicken was unseasoned and the fries didn’t even have salt on them. The service was good overall despite being busy but I can’t justify paying for food with no flavor.

If I could post more stars I would. My family came here on opening day. My kids LOVED the tenders and fries. Husband loved everything which says a lot. And they brought me leftovers to my work that were still good after the trip here! The sauce was 10/10 my favorite part. And the manager this morning was phenomenal checking in on all of the customers and constantly moving and helping her staff. So excited to see such an amazing restaurant come to this area and it’s clearly setting the tone for great management!
