Like a walk up restaurant. No seating and that works great because you are in and out. Prices are definitely reasonable and the food is good! Lots of choices. Although soup is not displayed on the menu..its the best. I order egg drop or hot & sour consistently and more in the winter. Plenty of choices and did I say the food is good? As is the service.

Customer service here is always poor. Nasty attitudes and trying to rush you out the door, even when no one else is in there. They can’t even smile at you or say have a good day back. This is my 3rd time and last time coming here. The gentleman in the photo, along with many of his coworkers have no customer service, everytime I go here. The food is alright. Idk when they switched who cooks what but some of the food doesn’t taste the same as it used to. The meat is chewy, like it’s pure fat. (Salt and pepper wings , BBQ ribs & the beef in the beef & broccoli) the rice tastes old and has no flavor, not to mention they put HUGE chunks of green onion in it, don’t know if that’s your thing but…definetly not mine. Not to mention horrible cleanliness, 2 weeks ago i came in here to get a plate and one of the ladies working there dropped some piece of food on the floor picked it up with her bare hand, grabbed a plate and then tried to serve me, I asked her if she was going to wash her hands and she said “for what” I said you just touched the ground, wdym, she rolls her eyes and turns to wash her hands, comes back and says “k, what do you want” I will be going elsewhere. $20 for a plate that I ended up trashing because all the meat I bought was fat, the rice was old and disgusting. And like i said the customer service is ALWAYS poor, so why would I spend my money here. Customers want to feel welcomed in your business not shood away. Save yourself the headache & the money and go somewhere else❤️

I’ve been searching for some good Chinese since moving out this way. Well, I found it. I came in today and got a #5, half rice, half chow mein, and w entrees. I picked generals chicken and sweet and sour chicken and got a few chicken wings… Everything was on point, perfectly sauced, perfect flavors and the service was excellent. I didn’t know what I wanted right away and they were extremely patient. This is my new spot for sure.

We’re always very happy with our food . They’re very consistently good. Very generous with their portions, ingredients are fresh. We’ve tried other Chinese Restaurants but Asian Express is the best by far. We rarely eat Chinese food, we loved Indian and Sushi,Sashimis, Nigiris( Japanese) food snubs but certainly, Asian Express is our favorite among the lists here in Pittsburg and Antioch. Keep it up a notch. Definitely, we will patronize this place again.
