Service was good. The steak was like trying to eat a saddle blanket, so tough you could hardly stick your fork in it. The baked potato was still hard in the middle. While we were trying to eat the steak the cook came out of the kitchen and stood looking around the dinning area. He picked his teeth with his fingers, adjusted his dread locks and his head rag. He was dirty as well as unclean with his hands. The food on the hot part of the salad bar was cold, the salad dressings were unlabeled. We won’t be eating there again.
