You HAVE to come try this spot. Service was great. Carne asada tacos are fireeee. I’m usually driving out to queens for the street tacos but this spot is down theeee block! I’m so happy hubby was in the mood to try a new spot. The drinks were unique & absolutely delicious. We will be coming back. My toddler even approved the tacos, we will be back! I’m surprised this place isn’t waaay more popular. We were blown away & totally satisfied.

The beans and rice were creamy and flavorful. The quesabirria tacos were crispy, cheesy, and packed with juicy meat—so good with the consommé! And the nachos? Loaded and fresh in every bite. Definitely hitting this spot again!

Stopped in with my family for Taco Tuesday. I had Al Pastor, Barbacoa, and Chorizo(not pictured). Mg wife had Apollo, Carnitas and Barbacoa. All the tacos were delicious. We also did a flight of margaritas which were very good. Prompt , friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend stopping by.

First and foremost – The service here is excellent. Larry, our server was so attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was really relaxing and cozy, and most importantly it was clean and welcoming. We got salsa and chips on the house (this was so good and very nice of them) The food was incredible, everything was well seasoned, my family and myself ordered the birria tacos, chicken chimichangas with guacamole and tacos Al pastor. Everything was made fresh, hot and tasted really good. The drinks were also pretty good, I ordered the passion fruit margarita and got a mango margarita on the house – the passion fruit was good. The passion fruit juice on its own was excellent though (maybe i don’t like the taste of passion fruit as a margarita) The mango one was my favorite though. They were made well and not too strong but you definitely tasted the alcohol(I liked that). We also got a huge serving of tres leches. It was perfectly sweet and milky. I really have only good things to say about this place 🙂

Went here for the first time today, and I must say I was blown away. The food/ drinks were delicious, savory and very much gave local mexican food vibes. The loaded nachos were massive and cheesy, the street corn with the queso fresco was a hitter, and the tacos were 10/10. Had a Mango margarita and my partner had a beer. Will definitely be coming back to this little authentic Mexican gem.

Have been looking for a quality Mexican restaurant in the area for a while. This is it!!! The tacos were packed full of chicken and flavor. The burrito was just as great . The chips of the Chips and Dip were so lite. It’s a family run place that treats you right. The service was excellent and the server made you feel right at home. The place was clean and warm. I can’t say enough about this place. Go see for yourself and I think that you will agree, how good it is!!

This is the second time my co-workers and I order from Viva Tulum. We ordered the grilled salmon salad, grilled chicken tacos and loaded nachos…… I must say we loved everything…. the food tastes incredibly fresh (not overly seasoned) and most of all clean presentation. We asked for well done and they listened 🙂 I highly recommend them.
