super yummy food, me and my boyfriend tried the bowls here for the first time. he got half and half chicken katsu and i got the pork belly. both were very delicious and piled high with toppings. i ended up removing majority of the rice base and replaced with my own salad mix but there sauces and meats are yum! only complaint is i wish there was detailed nutrition information or a nutrient sheet available on there website regarding there menu.

This review should be pinned to the top until the location is fixed. This is not a standalone restaurant and is located inside “54 Restaurant” with almost no indication that “Good Bop” is inside. Don’t walk around the mall for 10 minutes trying to find this place. It’s INSIDE ANOTHER RESTAURANT WITH NO SIMILARITIES.

No sign or indications anywhere that the restaurant is inside another restaurant on the outside of the mall. I went in for takeout, the server brought me the menu and never came back.

So happy this place is in Springfield because it’s outstanding. My partner ordered the Moo Bop and I got the Tempura Shrimp. They were both excellent and so flavorful with all the toppings and sauces. This will definitely become a staple for us!

There’s really no other way to describe this place other than “completely disorganized”. Firstly, Good Bop is not it’s on restaurant, it’s a Ghost kitchen within 54 restaurant. As a result of this, the kitchens attention is not at all focused on the Good Bop orders and prioritizes the 54 Restaurant orders. We placed an order for pick up at 6:41 and at 7:00 pm our order was still not ready. Our order wasn’t ready until 7:15 which leads me to believe they didn’t start making the food until after we arrived. If I hadn’t spoken to the hostess, who knows how long we would’ve been waiting. We were offered no apologies or explanation for the delay, just an “it’s coming as soon as possible”. While I understand the appeal of a Ghost Kitchen, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this one as you will NOT be treated as a priority. The also applies to food delivery app orders as well as we had multi uber drivers waiting amongst as well. The value for the food we got was good, but overall not worth the headache.
