I used this location to feed a big group of high school students off-site, and manager Lori was so easy to partner with. Her years of experience helped me design the perfect order, and she was very responsive to questions and clarifications. The quality of our prepared order was excellent, fast and easy to pick up, and every sandwich was labeled making it fast to distribute to hungry kids! I recommend this Jersey Mike’s for their quality, customization, and communication!

I LOVE Jersey Mike’s, best fast sub around. HOWEVER this location has twice charged me for extra meat and forgot to add it. This time I sat and watched them make my sub. After watching them NOT add the extra steak they told me they added steak after they made the sub. The manager did try to appease me by remaking the sub, however I needed to leave and it was more the principle of being charged extra for something I didn’t receive and on top I tipped! Like always! My friend is a GM at Jersey Mikes and he was dissapointed to hear about this. Do better

I needed a quick dinner and remembered how this chain had recently become the fastest growing chain. The interior looked bright and clean. The store seemed well attended with three people on a Tuesday evening. My order was prepared promptly with a couple of other customers ordering in the same time as I did.
I ordered a regular size club supreme sandwich on wheat bread with all fixings except for mayo. The cold cut meats tasted fresh, and I especially liked the flavor of the roast beef. I could probably have another sandwich with just that meat and the condiments I got on this sandwich. The pepper spread, jalapeños, and banana peppers provided a satisfying level of spice to go with the meats. The bread tasted fine if ordinary. As a very minor suggestion, I would have liked some different choices for chips such as some baked chips.
The total for a sandwich, chips, and bottled drink came to just under $15 excluding tax and tip. I cannot think of many other chain sandwich places save maybe one I would visit more often than this one. For the quality of the meat and condiment assortment this visit was a good experience.

I went to this location on 5/17/24 and while I used to be a once or more a month customer I have not been since that date and how both the employees and owner treated me. I went to this location and ordered a chicken Philly and said no jalapenos. I am dyslexic and made a mistake an accidentally said jalapeños instead of peppers. They made it with peppers, and when I told them I didn’t want it with any peppers and apologized for my mistake, the woman at the register refused to make me another one and said I was out of luck. I asked to speak to a manager to just explain what happened and maybe they might be more understanding, the employee was not happy about that, and called the owner and tried to make me speak to the owner over the phone. I have anxiety about speaking over the phone, and refused (when have you ever been asked at any food establishment to speak on the phone to the owner over a simple misunderstanding?). The employee ultimately refused to make another one, and said she was instructed not to by the owner since I would not speak to the owner on the phone. I was out of the money I spent and had no sub I wanted to eat. I would suggest the jersey mikes in Chantilly, they are much nicer there!
EDIT- since the owner responded trying to deny this, I have a voicemail from the owner giving a half hearted apology, here is the transcript of said voicemail. Why would I make this whole elaborate story up. She admits in this voicemail that she attempted to make me speak to her over the phone at the restaurant over a simple misunderstanding, confirms the misunderstanding I described, and denies telling them not to make a new sandwich so I guess it was just the employee. This owner, Lori, deserves no business. Pictures are of voicemail after Lori tried to deny this event happened.

Their subs are really good. Ingredients are always fresh. A little pricey, but the subs are large. You could easily get 2 meals out of a full size sub. They seem to mess up my order’s toppings often though.

I wanted to let you know that YUSUF was wonderful. Ive been to this location a few times and everytime i come in he is pleasant and always wears a smile. He deserves a RAISE! in a world where customer service is at an all time low its nice to be greeted by smile and a cheerful disposition. Please know i don’t do reviews about people often but Yusuf is a great.
