Must must must try! My girlfriend and I came here because of a coworker and it did not disappoint. Plenty of traditional Tex-Mex plates and lots of more authentic Mexican dishes as well. We had two different molcajete dinners and they were phenomenal! Especially the Camaron Botana. The butter sauce was a chefs kiss! Also, the Julie’s special margarita is potent and delicious. Absolutely coming back!

The Margarita was delicious. Sadly my server didn’t bring it with my meal as I requested. 10 minutes later the manager asked how everything was going. I told him I was waiting for my margarita. It was quickly served so I could enjoy my meal. It was hot when my meal was 1st delivered. I only ate 1 enchilada & some rice. I took the rest home so I could add salt to give my food some flavor.

First time here. Won’t be the last either! Everything was superb here. I had quesabirrias and my husband ordered enchiladas. Both came with rice and beans. Every bite of all we had was true tex-mex flavors.
The waiter was attentive without being overbearing and he was very kind.
The restaurant was really beautiful inside also! (Honestly, I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was because you just wouldn’t be able to tell based solely on the outside.)
We will be back to try other things.
Oh, one PLUS is when they served complimentary chips and salsa… they included a small bowl of queso! My husband said it might be just something done today and to not expect it every time. Idk. I hope it’s everytime!
I almost forgot another important thing–the prices $ ! Wow, finally a place that isn’t ripping off their customers. I don’t know the last time we’ve gone out and only paid $40 (included tax, tea, margarita, 2 dinner plates & pre-tip)
Overall, 5 out of 5!

As someone who loves a great night out, I have to give a huge shoutout to Vallarta. This place is a gem, especially if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with incredible food and drinks.
The staff here truly makes the experience. The servers and bartenders are always on point—friendly, attentive, and great at what they do. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes every visit a pleasure.
Now, let’s talk about the food and drinks. Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic. They have some delicious Tex-Mex dishes, like the sizzling Fajitas and savory shrimp enchiladas. The menu also has great variety of appetizers, like nachos, perfect for sharing. No matter what you order, you can tell it’s made with care.
The best part, for me, is Thursday night. It’s Ladies Night, which is already a great deal, but they also have live mariachis! The music adds so much energy and fun to the evening. Coupled with a great happy hour, it’s the perfect way to spend a night out. Needless to say, Thursdays are my favorite nights to go.

Right from the minute my wife and I walked in, we were treated like royalty. The customer service was superb!
The food was delicious. I typically do not like heated salsa with my chips. But, the salsa here is right near the best I’ve had. Very tasty.
My wife and I ordered the Ribeye Tacos. Sooo good and this meal comes highly recommended.
There are plenty of other options so if Tacos are not your thing, there are plenty of options for you. I am sure the meal will be good.

If you want delicious & fresh food, then this is your place! 🙂 I’ve had the seafood soup multiple times and I can say that I was not disappointed. The Crawfish is also good, as well as the aguas frescas that are natural and no powdered flavor. The service is amazing!! You never have to wait or feel ignored. They are so attentive, AND they also have Mariachis , on Thursday / Friday.

place was a 20 out of 10. The food was awesome. It came out hot and fresh. The Customer Service is top-tier. The waitresses were very fast and attentive for myself and my two children. I only spend $56. It is very affordable good portion size of food I will definitely come back here and I highly highly recommend this place to anybody.

Live mariachis on Thursday, hot chips and warm homemade salsa as soon as you sit down. Ordered the fajita tacos Al carbon and an a La cheese enchilada. Amazing flavor in the fajitas for the tacos and the enchilada was very delicious. Service with a smile and multiple people checking on me throughout my meal. Will definitely be coming back again!

A new Tex-Mex restaurant in Pearland that located where Killen’s TMX (our favorite) used to be. We absolutely loved this restaurant! The vibe was lively. We ordered the flag rita and Mama coco for the drinks. They were strong and good! One of our favorites was the warm salsa dip for the chips! Beef fajita at Vallarta was my all time favorite. It was so moist, tender and flavorful. It was comparable to Wagyu beef fajitas from Killen’s TMX IMO. The best in Pearland!!! Highly recommended Vallarta! You won’t be disappointed!
