If you want to eat here, preheat your oven and forget about online orders.
I arrived here after ordering online. My order said it was ready and to pick it up in the pick-up area. There was no such area to be found. I watched as their toaster gave an error message for the person in front of me, so they just turned it off. Bad luck for that person, but my order is ready, right? Wrong. They don’t make your online order until you arrive, completely defeating the purpose and negating a time-tested technology invented over 40 years ago.
I’m told my sandwiches will not be toasted. As for the sandwiches themselves, I hope you don’t mind the bread smashed to a point you wonder why they got rid of the flatbread. Worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
In summary, if you have a hankering to eat fresh, do it elsewhere.

We ordered ahead and when we got there on the app it said it was ready but they hadn’t even started on it. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with them but we thought we’d give them another try just to be disappointed. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The customer service at this location was really good. Both the workers were friendly. They prepared our sandwiches quickly and accurately. The only think that was hard to look at was the one employee who has his pants hanging so low that we had to look at his behind every time he turned around.
Other than that one negative part of our visit, everything else was positive. The place is clean and looks new.

So I just want to know what is the purpose of ordering online with these jackalopes? I had a very busy day at work but was craving a BMT sandwich from Subway. I placed my preset and said it would be ready at 1:15 pm. I got there on time. Big huge line. I announced I was there to pick up my order. They made like 10 people’s sandwich’s who were in physical line and then mine afterwards. I asked what the purpose of ordering online was and their only response was we are really busy. So if you don’t mind being served whenever they feel like it go here and get feed. The website was no help and no phone number to call. The sandwich was excellent but serve is dismall. Do not order online with this location!

Barely any meat at all on a $10 sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a foot long sandwich with less than 2oz of meet. It’s not a steak sandwich it’s just cheese and tomato. Absolutely unbelievable

We asked for just a piece of bread and the lady rudely informed us that it was 8.99 FOR BREAD WITH NOTHING ON IT. Thats more than a ham foot long. She was also extremely rude with the customers in front of us. Nothing was stalked and the restaurant was dirty. There was sticky stuff all over the chairs and stuff all over the floors. Do not go here. Thu are unhygienic.

A 6 inch sub that ends up cost you 8 bucks which is actually 5 inch, and now they have a tip option, when you select no tip the employee got the nerve to show attitude. Why you expect a tip when I help you make the sandwich

Ordered online at 2:10. Arrived at 2:30 as that’s when I was told the order would be ready. Walked out at 3:00 empty handed because they didn’t have anything I ordered. NEVER coming back

The place could be cleaner, although the food was good, just like in any other Subway. The staff needs more training and should pay more attention to customers. I wanted to have a cookie, paid extra for the combo to enjoy my meal with a cookie, but I couldn’t get one because they didn’t have any ready to serve. I was disappointed!
