First off, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful during lunch. It wasn’t loud or chaotic, which made it easy to just relax, enjoy my food, and even read while I ate. As someone who likes dining alone occasionally, that was a huge plus for me.
The service was great from start to finish. Staff were attentive, friendly, and never made me feel rushed, even though it was AYCE. Everything came out in a timely manner, and I felt well taken care of without being constantly interrupted.
I started with appetizers and was already impressed. The shrimp shumai was soft, flavorful, and comforting, and the shrimp tempura was crispy, light, and not greasy at all. A really solid start to the meal.
For my lunch selections, I ordered the spicy crunch kani roll, shrimp tempura roll, and sushi with tuna and white tuna. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The spicy crunch kani roll had a great balance of flavor and texture, and the tuna and white tuna sushi were fresh and satisfying, exactly what you want from good sushi.
Overall, the food was delicious, the environment was quiet and welcoming, and the service made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. This is a great place if you’re looking for a relaxed lunch spot, especially if you’re dining solo and want to take your time. I’ll definitely be back.
Right away, we noticed the menu had its own personality. It may not have been quite as dumpling-heavy as the other spot, but it offered some unique items that really stood out. The salads and even the mozzarella sticks were as good as you’ll find anywhere.
But the sushi is what really impressed us. In my opinion, it’s the best of the three all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in the area. Not only was it fresh and flavorful, but the rolls were creative and elevated — the kind of combinations you wouldn’t normally expect from an all-you-can-eat menu.
One of my workers said the tuna avocado salad alone would be worth half the price of the meal if you ordered it somewhere else — and I can’t disagree.
The service was outstanding from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and fast.
And as a nice bonus, all-you-can-drink canned soda is included, which definitely adds value.
Overall, we left impressed — and full. I will be back soon and often!
They have an all you can eat menu with soups, salads, appetizers, and sushi rolls for $30 which also includes sodas and ice cream for dessert.
Everyone liked their soups. The salads were OK. The appetizers were a “mixed bag”. The steamed pork gyoza (Japanese dumplings) were very good. The shrimp shumai (Chinese dumplings) were good but were only luke warm when they were served. The takoyaki (squid balls) were not well received.
Everyone liked the half a dozen different specialty sushi rolls we ordered. I particularly liked the Fire Island roll with tuna, salmon, and avocado.
One person ordered a steak and lobster hibachi meal with noodles and enjoyed it.
Our server struggled a bit. I don’t know if this was because she was new or if there were problems in the kitchen. The person who invited us said the server who usually serves him is very good.
