The food was very good. We tried it because my coworkers and myself used to get Baan Thai. But they closed and well none of the other thai trucks were cutting it. We decided to give these guys a try. the food was good. Service was great. But i would like some spicy. We all love our spicy food.

Food truck, but well equipped for eat indoors – it was behind the Association – and have ordered for take home too. Excellent and authentically spicy Asian-fusion food. Fresh ingredients, not pre-made, and good sauces put this place into the top rank of all other Food Trucks around or in Montrose. I give it two stars above the other Chinese/Thai choices in main Montrose which aren’t good at all (haven’t tried Pun Hill yet, but that’s next!). Easy ordering process and slight language barrier with the chef, but she was patient, not snippy. Can be alittle too saucy at times so if that bothers you the chef can make adjustments since she cooks to order – I told her that and it came our perfect. Ordering and pickup was very prompt – virtually no wait time when I ordered ahead by phone. Will visit again and try other dishes!

We are passing through town. Had to stop to charge our car. Saw her place. We Love Thai food and always looking for one. Her drunken noodle is so yummy . We got one medium hot and one very hot. Both are very flavorful and definitely hit the spot. She is a very nice lady who makes authentic Thai food. We are coming back here for sure.

We were visiting Montrose and on our drive from Aspen to Montrose; we stopped by this food truck as my family wanted some rice and all other places were closed in the afternoon. This food truck did not disappoint at all. Excellent Thai food. The lady at the truck was also very friendly. We will definitely comeback before we leave home again.
