Ever since the new owners took over, this location has been absolutely horrible. The owners, and employees are extremely unfriendly, and anytime I’ve picked up or placed an order inside the store they act like they’re irritated that I’m even in there. They’ve never said a kind word once, and have never shown any kind of gratitude for purchasing anything. A simple “thank you”, or “have a nice day” should be a standard line to say to YOUR paying customers.
I’d also like to add, they always put the bare minimum of any meats or vegetables on their subs. Last night, my wife ordered extra pickles, and she got literally 5 pickles on her footlong sub. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and I paid the extra $3.49 for “double meat”, and I legitimately got less than what a standard sub comes with.
To top it off they don’t honor the majority of Subways promotions or deals. I am not sure how this owner is still able to keep this business open, given how unwelcome they make everyone feel, and with how blatantly cheap they are.
I live less than a mile from this location, and I can guarantee you I will never go back. Our family loves Subway, and I have no problem driving to the location up at 30 mile instead of giving inconsiderate people like this our business.
I truly hope anyone who reads this will take my advice and go elsewhere. Plenty of sub shops in the area where you won’t be treated like crap.

I will never recommend this location to anybody. Please drive the extra miles to a different store with pleasant workers. My family ordered through app and asked me to pick up since I was out. The woman handed me the bags and said you’re all set and I questioned if there was a drink and she said no there wasn’t. I tried looking at the long receipt and I said “oh I don’t know. I’m pretty sure that they ordered drinks.” She said no we didn’t. So immediately I called my family and they said yes it was three combos so three drinks were required and then I found them on the receipt. So the Indian woman tried to hustle me out of three drinks… Unacceptable.
Additionally, anytime we come into the store in the evening, why is the staff a.k.a. same sad person above, on phone or FaceTime with other people. It’s like we are intruding on her personal time when we make an order. And all you hear is this person talking on the phone while she is making sandwiches. Pretty sure if Subway corporate came in on these independent own stores, they would not appreciate what the employees are doing.
Take your business elsewhere.

We visited this subway for the first time since moving to the neighborhood. We placed a mobile order and it was done within 10 minutes when we arrived. The wrap was AMAZING. Perfectly done. Tasty. And my fiancés sub was well put together and delicious as well. Glad our local subway is a good one!
EDIT: Have been back a few times since and it is always SO GOOD. the employees really know how to make good food. THANK YOU

Dirty location. Foreign staff are not friendly or speak good English. Sub ingredients look like they’re days old. Hope I don’t catch something before the holidays. Beware!!

Placed an online order here today. They didn’t say hello when coming in. I observed neither employee wash hands between customers. The cookies are very obviously days old at the least. Went to get my drink. Entire drink machine was flat. No carbonation whatsoever. I let the guy know so he could fix it and I could grab my drink. He poured himself a small cup, sipped it, told me it was fine. There is no carbonation in the machine.. I told him no its not. Didn’t care. Told me to grab a bottled drink from one of the fridges just to get me out. Terrible service. Terrible sanitation. Terrible all around experience. I will not be returning or recommending until I see different faces in there. Absolutely ridiculous. It was bad enough that I, an extreme introvert, spoke up in the moment and placed my first online review. I give 3 stars for food simply because it’s subways standardized system and difficult to mess up the basic sandwich when you give exact directions.

Second and last time ordering delivery from here. Both times I requested a TOASTED flatbread Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. Specifically asked for the chicken to be cooked HOT and bacon cooked crispy. Received cold and I toasted all together. Special instructions were listed at top of receipt, and toasted is noted in order – guess they can’t read.

Ever since the new owners took over we won’t return. The new couple that runs the place are rude, they don’t accept coupons, they put as little product as possible in the subs they make. We live within half a mile from this store but we now travel to the subway at 30 and Van Dyke because they do a much better job and are very friendly.

Absolutely the worst subway. I order from the drive through and it takes 30 mins to get my order ready everytime. So no problem I will order from the app. First my order never gets accepted and I don’t know if they received it so I call but no answer. They say they are open, but no response. Then I show up and my order isn’t ready yet. I placed my order at 26 and north ave. That’s about a 20 ish min drive. And still not ready!! What on earth is going on? I show up and she doesn’t even have the pizza in the oven yet! Why??? No apologies no sympathy that I have my one yet old daughter napping in the car and I needed this to be a quick pick up. Now I’m sitting in my car in the parking lot waiting for my order again. Just don’t understand why this is an issue.
