So VERY impressed with Sarah’s work ethic and service. Beyond a waitress. She seated us, took our (and other’s) orders, grabbed a broom and sweep the dining area. Took time to be friendly and always in motion. We ordered by the slice and was impressed by how economical it was.

Took all but the 2 slices home but its going in the trash. Rotten.

The chicken had a gristle like texture and the cheese was a little thick for me but other than that it was good.. the thin crust was thin like I like and they didn’t skimp on the veggies.

My husband and I wanted an easy night in so we ordered door dash. 30% off our order deal we tried Michelangelos for the first time. I wanted pasta and he wanted a calzone! MAN we got portion sizes to feed a whole family. The price for what you pay is so worth it. My Tortellini was so heavy and when we opened the box the calzone was in was not expecting a large to be half the whole pizza box. Lots of cheese inside calzone and pasta had the perfect amount of sauce. The fresh bread on the side was a plus. Love the Greek salad dressing. Food arrived quick and still very hot as if it just came out in the restaurant. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

The very last time I will order from your establishment. You are over priced and the food isn’t even good enough if you weren’t over priced. I ordered large pizza with two toppings and a side order of stuffed mushrooms. The picture on the website showed the mushrooms with a dipping sauce on the side. No doing sauce. 5 small – medium stuffed mushrooms for $12. WAAAAYYYY over priced. The cheese on the pizza was barely melted. The dough was undercooked and chewy. $40 for one crappy pizza and a side of over priced stuffed mushrooms. Places like this will start to lose customers. Customers are starting to tired of overpaying – especially for crap. I promise I will never order again from your place. I love a mile away. Consumers are smarter and not as desperate as you think and there are a million different restaurants to order from in Sarasota.

The portions for the sandwiches and fries are very generous. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The pizza and garlic knots taste like it is from Long Island, NY. Break the rules. You can take more than one bite.

I’m not even trying to be gross when I say I’ve been to the bathroom 6 times in the last 5hrs.
There was something definitely sour or bad in my food. Had a white slice, about 1/4 of my cheese steak and some fries. I bet that ricotta was sitting out too long or something.
I’m writing this as I stand in my 7th shower for the day- yeah- it’s that bad.
I’m out of town on a work assignment and just wanted a decent meal vs 711 and fast food. Man I’m sure retreating even stopping there.
Server was super kind, food wasn’t too bad, the aftermath tho…. Sorry but I won’t be coming back.

I ordered via DoorDash and really enjoyed their food. Being a New Yorker, I’m picky about my pizza and Italian food. Their classic cheese pizza was good and their eggplant Parmesan was great and done right (sliced thin and fried). The garlic knots reminded me more of rolls as opposed to traditional garlic knots and the marinara sauce was a little bland but otherwise everything was great. I’d definitely order from here again!

I’ve been in the food service industry for well over 45 years. If you follow my reviews you will see that I am fair and honest. I give both five star reviews and regrettably on occasion I will post a single star review depending upon just how poor the restaurant or business is.
Sadly I must say that when I request an Italian sausage hero with “heavy sauce and heavy roasted peppers” and get charged accordingly for the extras it would be nice to receive them. Better yet, I don’t think it’s asking too much to get a sandwich that is actually cooked and not cold and undercooked in the middle of the sausage. This product has definitely been microwaved and then dropped on the grill for appearance but no one seems to have checked the actual temperature before cutting it in half to make the bun to appear full.
I would understand if there was a line out the door and the cooks behind the line had 20 tickets waiting to fill but, this was not the case at all. One guy was making a pepperoni pizza and another guy walked out to the dining room looking for scissors to open the cannoli filling that was obviously not homemade and after he did find the dirty looking scissors and cut open the bag of filling he proceeded to fill the frozen shells that were coming out of an industrial food service box without even stopping to wash his hands.
Don’t be misguided by the positive reviews on here friends. Look at the negative comments as well. This place appears to be anything close to sanitary. The preparation of food without handwashing scares me. You have to ask what other corners are being cut or laziness is happening behind the scenes ? This is certainly the last ?15.95 they will get from me.
