This is a cozy little sushi restaurant in a strip mall. There’s comfortable bench seating and bar stools at the bar. Monday through Thursday sushi is buy 2 get 1 free. After 2:00 p.m. Sapporo beer is 50% off. For $30 plus drinks we got enough food to feel sated and have some to take home.

I love ordering from this place! It’s always quick and easy to place an order online. The food is delicious, great quality, and the service is genuinely kind. My favorite go-to items are the Salmon Lover roll and the JJ roll, and they never disappoint. So good!

This place is my new go to Sushi Restaurants in Valencia. The service was great, and they had a cute little outdoor area set up on the sidewalk. We ordered some salmon, albacore, and live shrimp sushi, etc. Everything tasted delicious, and the fish was fresh! Moreover, their rice was amazing. It had this perfect hint of sweetness that only legit sushi spots have. We will definitely be back to try Ramens and sushi soon. It’s such a great and affordable sushi spot!

The food is high quality, the beer is fresh. pretty busy place which is good. really great place. would have gotten a 5 star but the service was horrible, took like 25 minutes from me clicking the button and it saying “Your check is on the way”. Just hit the check button right away after you finish ordering. I even asked for my check as a waiter passed…and it still took 25 minutes. It was busy…but not THAT busy. actually…just bring cash so you can leave as soon as you are done. I waited longer for my check, than the entire time eating.

Service was friendly and attentive. Interior ambiance was simple yet comforting.
We tried their Tonkotsu Black-Garlic ramen as well as a few rolls and they did not disappoint.

The Sushi and Ramen were very good. The Fatty Tuna, Hamachi Belly and Salmon belly was tasty. The Tonkatsu Ramen was creamy and not so heavy. Mochi was delicious. Great service and good selections to choose from.

UPDATE: Bad idea to order from this under-staffed restaurant on Valentine’s Day. They grossly underestimated how long it would take to process our (small) order. Phoned at 5:20 and was told it would be half an hour. After waiting at the restaurant about an hour we finally got the order in hand at 6:45. Wow, that was fun. My boyfriend went in initially and they said the order was in progress. After a long time I went in to see what the hold up was. Other people have been waiting as well and ended up leaving cuz it was taking so long. The wait staff knew we were waiting but they were too busy and never checked in on us. I had to flag them down a couple of times to ask about our order. After an hour and a half after placing the order over the phone, finally, our order came out. They gave us two ice cream sandwiches for the inconvenience and apologized, but, sorry that just pretty much put a damper on the evening. And when we got home we saw they had forgotten to add the eel sauce to our unagi roll as well as the topping on our special roll. And the tempura was cold and soggy. It’s such a bummer because we have had good experiences prior to this one. I don’t feel like coming back here now after this bad one.

We’ve tried many of the local favorites (Kinza, Achita, etc.) but we wanted to try someplace new. Okawa showed up in the search and the reviews were quite positive. And for a good reason. The sushi was very well presented. Sushi rice tasted great and the fish was fresh. We tried the super white tuna and the hamachi sushi. Both were excellent especially the super white tuna. They had a very good selection of special rolls as well as traditional roles all quite reasonably priced. We had the dragon roll and the fancy hot roll. Both were delicious. We also had the vegetable tempura which was outstanding. Big portions and very light and crispy. Not greasy at all. Also, our server was very friendly and attentive. We’re definitely returning to try their ramen!

Good food. I ordered chirashi boll combo with a salad and a miso soup, edamame and green tea. Little bit pricey. I paid with 15% tip 51.57dollars which is quite expensive for one person. Overall a good place.

This place is amazing. I had the black garlic Ramen dish and green tea mochi ice cream. They had only 2 waiters and almost completely full restaurant, so there is some slack to be given to the waiters. They are new so just give them some slack if you go there.
