First time at this location since they opened and the broccoli in the super greens had extra protein . Why would you not inspect the broccoli when it looks this way. I don’t understand how this location is getting reviews from customers who leave 1 or 2 stars. I’ve been ordering and eating here religiously since their grand opening: the staff here are fanonminal. They are as accommodating by far and makes a standard for what service means. I’ve never had a missing order in the drive-thru. I maybe had one order of a disappointing batch of Kung Pao chicken but. One dish gone poorly isn’t going to prevent me from remembering all the satisfing meals I have shared and ate happily. The new hire is super friendly and welcoming. Has a great attitude. This place is always busy so usually a long wait, I don’t like that they make the Delivery drivers make the drinks. Because the employees have been at their job all day, which should be keeping their hands washed. So it would be safer for them to be making the drinks versus a delivery driver. Who’s been out driving all day, touching everything in their car or everything around them to me, it seems a little bit like cross-contamination.n But that’s how they do things, and I think they should change it. I think the drinks should be sealed. Before they give him to the drivers like every other restaurant.

The food is usually pretty good, but God forbid you go inside to pick up your food from an online order. It’s never ready on time and there are always tons of people crowded around the pick up area while employees ignore everyone. Just like most things these days you have to be willing to deal with some nonsense to get something decent. It’s usually not worth it.
