This place is not up to date at all. Car hop was friendly. Had to wait an exceptionally long for our small order due to all the employees hanging outside with customers or going to their vehicles(which was parked in a stall) 10× while we were waiting. Food taste like it came from a football concession stand.

Hate to give 1 star because I actually like bumpers food. But the people don’t understand how to ring up food. Every burger or sandwich says make it a combo for 2.00 more. Some employees only think that applies to the ham sandwich it’s next to at the bottom of the menu. Apparently depending on who is running the register depends whether you can get a bacon cheeseburger for 8$ or 13$. Even though the online menu is outdated it clearly shows price for any sandwich and then the combo price is 2$ more. Definitely NEVER paying 13$ for a small bacon cheeseburger. It could’ve even been rang up as a regular cheeseburger combo and add bacon to it. Not rocket science but I won’t pay 5$ extra due to them not being able to push the combo button, which they just did the night before…….

You have a really good manager and the carhops are friendly and helpful. But my problem is I tried 4 order boards before I found one that worked. This problem is ongoing for a while. Also the drive around is nothing but potholes that are really bad. You have good workers but Charleston Bumpers is really in need of some things fixed.

I made a visit to the bumpers in Charleston, Ms and as usual it was awful! not only did they keep repeating my order wrong, when I was trying to tell them correctly the worker kept cutting me off rudely, including the manager or supervisor or whatever her position! that location and the workers are awful! always!

Food was awfull, tea tasted like it had more sugar than tea, plus mom ordered Cajun fries, they were out of Cajun fries. Cady and I ordered shrimp plate, asked us if we wanted cocktail sauce for shrimp or ketchup. We asked for the cocktail sauce, I don’t like ketchup with. Shrimp, so…..when we get our food, there was no cocktail sauce, only ketchup. We asked them for our cocktail sauce, to which they replied “we don’t have any.” If I had known that, I would NOT have ordered shrimp! Plus the fact that the shrimp tasted OLD and nasty!
