Great location and we always meet new friends when we visit. As much as we love cooler weather, we will miss being able to grab snoballs whenever we want. The prices are affordable and the kids love them, my 63 year old father gets at least 2 EVERY visit. You can’t beat the grape… I know it’s so basic but it’s SO GOOD!

Would give more stars if their pickle snow comes were actually pickle flavored I ordered dill pickle and it tasted like sweet pickles. Now it may just be a North Carolina thing but I’m from Texas and down there dill pickle is sour, not sweet. The girl working was so sweet though and the other flavors were great. Just don’t order the dill pickle unless you want a sweet flavored pickle snow cone

By far the best Pelicans in Union County. I come to this location several times a week for myself and sometimes my family. I met the owner and she was very nice. All of the employees are extremely professional, friendly, and upbeat. I have personally seen them handle disgruntled customers with respect and deescalation. Plus, none of my orders have ever been wrong.

This is our second time going to Pelicans since they moved into the strip center in Monroe (behind Mr Tokyo)… the girls in there are so nice and are always smiling. The shop smelled so clean and the shaved ice was very good. The first time I went I got the candy apple flavor and it was good but this last time I got the margarita (lime) flavor and it was very refreshing. My husband got the tropical punch the first time and the orange flavor this past time. My husband got the large size (which is really big) and I got the medium and it was $10! I thought that was more than reasonable. With Summertime here I think we will be going there more and Pelicans is perfect after eating spicy sushi! We will go back!

Best snow cone place near me! I honestly love it and it looks just like how they look in the pictures and displays, definitely recommend the shark attack snow cone that has a shark gummy in the middle plus its sour and sweet (tigers blood and I think tsunami) but that’s just me, best snow cone place ever!

Man, they show up and knocked it out of the park with our event two years in a row now! Awesome staff, friendly and accommodating, willing to work with you however you need in order to make the event a success. They easily handed out probably 1,000 snoballs and did it all with a smile and there’s a reason why we rely on them each year. Superior service, thank you guys! Better than “just a snow cone” too!
