We paid at least $20 for one of the worst sandwiches we’ve ever had. We got the chicken bacon ranch and there was at least 1/2 cup of the most liquid ranch dumped all over the sandwich. It was so inedible that we had to throw it away. Never wasting our money there again.

I came through a couple nights ago to try the food. The male on the microphone was rude and wouldn’t listen to my order. I get up to window and this ” manager” tells me not to speak to her employer that way, after I paid for my food. Lol. So we go back again hoping we don’t see this child. Unfortunately here she is claiming to be a manager. She refused to do my order correctly, I honked asked for more mayo and cucumbers extra like I asked for. She brought me 2. I stayed at window to get my correct order. I will be calling the real manager tomorrow. She threatened to call the cops, which was fine but I had to leave, no time to waste more on her foolishness. She’s very immature and isn’t the manager. Poor thing needs educated. Overall we will never go there again until she is fired.

Came to drive thru at 8:24PM on a Friday. Online says open until 9. Sat here waiting for someone to ask what they can get for me. Menu board was on. I finally called the store and someone picked up, said “we’re closed” and hung up.

Prepared sandwiches incorrectly. Staff didn’t care, the manager cared even less and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never got the sandwiches Prepared correctly. I will never be back. And for the auto response system of JJ to complain to your website. I’d rather stick a needle in my own eye/ because it would be a waste of my time- nothing would get resolved.

My wife placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app and sent me to pick it up. I pulled into the drive-thru where there were about four cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I wasn’t greeted—just silence. I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually take my name. After about 10 minutes, I said “Hello?” and was met with an annoyed “Yeah, what do you need?”
I gave my name and was told to pull forward. I then waited another 20 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, they tried to hand me a completely different order, and the staff member seemed irritated when I clarified I had a mobile pickup.
When I got home, the sandwiches weren’t labeled, looked sloppily thrown together, and mine was so soggy and messy I had to toss half of it. For $39, I expected better than two mediocre sandwiches with zero care behind them.
It’s clear the staff and management don’t care about customer service or quality. We won’t be coming back.

This location is significantly slower than any other Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The staff just seems to always have something better to do than make your order and there are often a lot of employees just standing around. They don’t seem to recognize that this is divergent from every other Jimmy John’s location. The drive through should be closed because orders take so long as to make it a comically poor experience.

I came by to grab lunch and Josh took my order. The coupon I had in the app. was not working properly and he helped sort it out. He was kind and patient and turned what had been a challenging day into a bright spot. I left feeling recognized as a valuable customer and had a smile on my face thanks to Josh.
