this place literally sucks the portion sizes has them playing in my face because why am i paying almost 15 bucks for only rice and chicken (yes im picky) and yall are giving me a half scoop of each?? this hasnt been a one time occurrence either and have had to go in due to lack of chicken and the fact it was cold. never go here, at least go to maple aves chipotle ♀️.

Consistent good food at Chipotle. I am a fan of the steak bowl and this trip was good for the volume and flavor of what I received. The prices have gone up along with every other restaurant chain but still not to bad for the amount of food. This location is convenient for several hotels that are in the area. The crew working was not enthusiastic about being at working but they got the job done for me. The picture is from their website.

Realized my order was wrong after I got back to work and had to return during my lunch break to get it fixed, which was frustrating. No one answers the phone, you’re pushed to an online bot instead. I understand mistakes happen (I’ve worked in food service), but what stood out was the lack of basic courtesy. Customer service was awful: eye rolls, no greeting, no apology. Easily the worst service I’ve experienced. But hey, Chipotle issued me a free drink on my next visit—yay.

The dirtiest Chipotle i have been in. They where not busy standing laughing and talking . Tables just dirty , trash piled up. The steak was cold and dry . Poor management and employees not motivated to do more than expected.

Stopped here for a Sunday lunch on a road trip to Mason, coming from NJ. We love Chipotle back home. Can always expect quality and this location was no exception. The food is still very good, but surprisingly it has less seasoning than we are used to back in NJ/Philly, and I didn’t notice any jalapeños in the pico. Despite this I still give 5 stars because it was still very good and met my standards for a good quick meal!

The food is tasty but a bit overdone. Something to look forward to. Good staff. Good service. Plenty of places for parking. There is an opportunity to sit outside (there are tables). I recommend to visit.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to come to the new Chipotle that just opened. We were happy to come and get our food, but some of the staff is a bit new. The girls who made our food were so sweet and kind, but were a bit out of it. My burrito ended up being so big I felt like I was holding a puppy She ended up having to double wrap it and triple wrap it in foil. We aren’t upset and I believe they charged us correctly for it all, it’s just a little hilarious and we definitely have been in their shoes before. Also, please change the music!! It sounds like a mix of Jimmy Buffett, Hawaiian folk-music (???), and songs akin to Kurt Cobain’s “Beans”, not at all the vibe or move
