I’ve only had burritos from when my work would order them for us on the weekends and we always thought they were full of rice @ beans and very little protein whether it be beef or chicken.
Well I went in myself today for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered a carne asada bowl & paid a lot extra for guacamole & queso. But there were probably 8 small pieces of carne asada & I paid $18+ dollars for the bowl. At least I know I won’t EVER go back there again unless they figure out their issues.

I ordered a kids build your own tacos, and a taco bowl. When I got home the kids taco kit had NO MEAT! How does the most important part not get added. When I was getting my burrito bowl made I asked for sour cream and was told they were out and the server “wasn’t getting more”. SERIOUSLY?!? I was so excited for my town to get a Chipotle, but this is the worst run restaurant.

We ate dinner here last week for the first time. The line moved quickly and everyone was very friendly. There was a bit of a time management issue with the employees getting distracted, but they were all friendly, and they were trying. Also my burrito was huge so definitely get a service bump there. I say huge as in it lasted two meals and popped the first tortilla so they had to wrap another around it just to be able to wrap it up in the foil. While it was huge, it just didn’t taste great. The seasoning was off on the steak, the onions and peppers were over cooked, and everything was kind of piled into the middle so the flavors were not evenly spread throughout. The chips weren’t fresh either which was disappointing. My husband really enjoyed his bowl though, and he’s not typically a Chipotle person. We’ll give them another try for sure! Thanks for coming to the area.

Picked up our order and brought it home. The bowls were cold, didn’t have much protein in either bowl. My bowl had no beans even though I asked for black beans. The part that really got me though was the guac, that we have to pay extra for, was an entire hard avocado shoved into the plastic container. Not even edible. Really disappointing visit.

I got a burrito bowl with carne asada. The guy scooped what was maybe two bites of carne asada into my bowl. Instead of complaining, I just told him to add another, which still added up to very little meat. When I got to the cashier, I was informed that the bowl was $23. The extra scoop cost $7, which if I had been informed, I would have forgone. I regret not walking out immediately, because the food is cold and of poor quality. I could have eaten taco bell for a week at these prices and the food quality would have been better.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They are always running out of food and it never looks fresh! Last time I had this place it was nasty! I decided to test my luck and give it one last chance and I see that there were barely any food left! The man dropped my plate and then picked it up and tried to serve ! Then told me it would take 30mins for the brown rice to be ready! After the unsanitary incident I decided to go to Conroe instead. Please do better or shut this whole chipotle down!

Salad greens were not fresh, and they skimping on serving size for each item. They also need to place a tap water filter on the property because there is a fowl odor in the ice teas and tap water on the fountain machines. Also when you walk inside establishment it smells like toilet water. I dont recommend this location.

This place needs a staff overhaul. We’ve been twice and got food to go. Once we got home, not only were items missing from our order but the bowls were bland and had VERY little meat. We picked out maybe 5 small pieces of meat in each of our bowls. It was loaded with glumpy, mushy, soggy rice. Gross. The quesadilla was a joke. Get it together, Chipotle Willis!

I spent $17 on a burrito that was barely larger than my AirPods case. It was almost entirely rice and beans, despite paying extra for protein and toppings. What little meat there was looked like scraps. The tortilla was mostly empty space, folded over to make it look full.
This isn’t a one-time issue. Every Chipotle location I’ve gone to lately does the same thing — smaller portions, higher prices, and less care. It feels like they’re cutting corners at every step while pretending nothing has changed.
I keep giving them another chance, and every time I walk away annoyed that I wasted money on what used to be a decent meal. At this point, Chipotle has become the definition of overcharging for under-delivering. Save your money and go elsewhere.
