*Update went back for that promised burger and to find out my name was never written down and I had wasted a trip back but this time with my kids so we stayed and Lonnie the manager on site was very apologetic and sincere but I just reordered me and the kids our food. Service was better, but I did lower score due to Maggie’s lack of keeping her word.

Went through Mobile order and got a big bacon double burger drove all the way home to find a single patty sad burger full of onions. Maggie the GM handled my dispute with professionalism and kindness. That makes a difference because even a bag experience can be turned around with professional maturity and we will be back.

0 star service. the first time i had an issue was they put the sign of closed on the speaker. yet, still serving certain cars at the window. bet you they didn’t want to work and were hooking up their friends w some food . second time, there was no sign and we sat at the speaker for 30 minutes. huge line and acted surprised when we went in and told them about the speaker. this is unacceptable. full kitchen and everything. either fix your speaker, or fix your speakers. given this restaurant so many chances. very disappointed.

Burgers, chicken sandwich and nuggets were decent but the fries for all for meals were old and cold! The dining room was absolutely disgusting and the floors were sticky there wasn’t anyone in the dining room for a while. Definitely time to do a quick wipe down of the tables and sweep.

I had Wendy’s for lunch on a Friday. When we tried to enter from the parking lot, the door was locked. After a guest opened the door for us, we notice that it was labeled “Emergency exit only”. From what I gather, you are supposed to walk all the way to the front of the store by the street to enter. Once we were in, it took a while to get our order taken and the clerk seemed to be put out that she had to take our order. later we found that there are self order Kiosks by the door. The food was average and the dining room was very clean.

We went to the drive thru at the location on University, we ordered a southwest salad, a spicy chicken combo with garlic fries, and a spicy pub combo with garlic fries. We were asked to pull forward along with 5 more cars behind us. We sat and waited for over 20 minutes. I walked in to ask about my order and was asked what I ordered 5 times by the same person. I stood and watched my order being made by an older man and had to request that it be remade because he wiped his face and nose and didn’t change his gloves. My pretzel bun was burned and there was no bacon on on sandwich, the garlic fries were leaking oil through the bag. The salad was not made correctly and the service was horrible. I later found out that the older man making the food is the manager, his name is Jesus. It took a total of 45 minutes to get my order. The photo is the back of the pretzel bun that my daughter was trying to eat. I was going to go to Panda Express, but my husband wanted to go to Wendys….I should have gone to Panda Express.

Waited in the drive thru nearly 30 mins with only 1 car in front of me just before midnight. I ordered 2 chillis and a burger. 2nd time I went about a week later, they had no chilli (the only thing i ordered) and had to get a refund. Frustrating since the one closes to me doesn’t have chilli as an online menu option so I have to drive twice as far for subpar service

Expensive for 2 cool hamburgers l am very angry this hamburger are soo cool l even eat only a piece. Very bad experience l am never go back again to Wendy. Before is wash very good but now is all bad and cool. The meet and French f/ are old this is totally ridiculous you pay almost 25 and they give it old food.

Hey owner you’ve got a big problem. Why this location is always with low traffic. Your service sucks and your food is old and dry or greasy. Fix it, or prepare to close . Wow,, go get trained at Canes or Chick-fil-A….that’s great customer service and hot fresh food! Not pre cooked like you. Garbage!
