Honestly go elsewhere. Didn’t disclose the fact that they were missing ingredients until after the fact that I noticed and told them it was missing. To top it off they couldn’t even pack me a napkin. Meat quality could be better. Meat had a lot of fat.

I was really disappointed with this food truck, especially since they sell birria tacos that are such a popular item around Stockton. I ordered two tacos expecting bold flavor, but they were bland, barely had any sauce, and shockingly—I found a small stick in the meat. That’s not just bad cooking, that’s a serious safety issue. To make matters worse, I got sick shortly after eating them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their food quality and hygiene.

I always enjoy coming to eat from this food truck. I have came here multiple times. I have found that the birria burrito to be my favorite. I highly recommend this burrito if you want something that will surely satisfy your cravings. The parking lot is private so there is always parking, and an area to eat your food. I recommend leaving out the rear entrance only because Wilson Way is dangerous from all the traffic.

I ordered a Quesabirra, it comes with Consumé to use as dipping stock, along with grilled onions, grilled jalapeño, radishes, cucumbers, and limes. It was my first time trying this and it was delicious, very flavorful. I will definitely return and will be trying everything on the menu over time! Thank you for answering all of my questions about your food, I appreciated the help. Also the food is fresh, slight expected wait time as they will begin to make it only after you order it!

Exceedingly delicious and scrumptious, yummy Birria burrito. PLENTY of shredded beef! (I was even so pleased that I was eating this meal, that I did not notice it was not carne asada). Lots of cucumber and radishes.
