It’s a good McDonalds…depending on when you get there. Enjoy peace and tranquility while dining hard down on a Big Mac or a Travis Scott meal? Think again, around 11:30am-1:00pm during a school year. Be aware of dangerous kids in the area ready to disturb your idle peace when it comes to their lunch time. This has nothing to do with the food, service, and atmosphere. All is great. Unless you are planning on dining between-11:30am to 1:00pm during the school year. I mean when are people going to put an end to this. Meaning, let’s prevent these little imp’s from leaving their designated education area and keep them there to eat lunch at their own dining hall. I’ll be honest. Nobody has ever bothered me while I’ve taken lunch at this location. But I know they are all up to something pretty bad…

I ordered steak, egg and cheese McGriddles without cheese. I received them with some sauce which was not in the menu when I ordered using the automated kiosk. The staff told me that the sauce has ever been in the recipe. It’s not true because I have been ordering this product for more than an year now from the same location and it has never had any sauce. Three people from the staff were lying to me repeatedly. This is unacceptable behavior and those people should not work at McDonald’s.

Listen man I’ve worked in the food industry before so I’m way more patient with fast food staff than the average person but at SOME point even I have to throw my hands up and walk away. I’ve had more experiences with these guys getting an order wrong than getting it right. Food is regular McDonald’s quality when you finally get what you paid for but… Missing food, missing drinks, toppings I didn’t ask for, stale fries– I hate to be the stereotypical “they can never get it right” but come ON.

Been going to this location since they opened Never not ever have we received our food at window two. “We’re still working on your order, please pull to the next window.” Every time. We’ve ordered at the speaker, ordered on the app, ordered on the app with a scheduled pick up time… always still working on it. It wouldn’t bother me to do so if the food was fresh every time, but it’s hit and miss. If we go in, wait times are just as bad and employees seem distracted with talking to each other.
While the employees are painfully slow at everything they do, they’ve never been rude to us. As with any fast food place, they mess something up from time to time. The food is the food.

Lobby is not as clean as some places. Heaven for bid you ask for ketchup. They give you like 2 or 3 packets for all your fries. Seriously!!! Are they coming out of your paycheck? Definitely will not come back to this one.
