I love Jersey Mikes Subs, but the Carrollton location is a disaster. The workers are the slowest moving people that I’ve ever seen in my life. I walked into an empty store and it took the employees 20 minutes to complete a 3 sub order. I ordered a mini Turkey sub for my daughter and the sub in the image is what I received. That’s not even a full slice of turkey. $8 for a quarter ounce of meat on the sub. This location absolutely sucks!

Wow, the food quality sure has gone downhill at Jersey Mike’s. I did consider them a high-end sandwich shop since they charge ridiculous prices. $23 for one sandwich? The food portions and quality are honestly sub-par to Subway at this point. Must be trying “shrinkflation” since they are spending so much money of the NFL ads.

So I’ve never had a terrible experience at this restaurant however, today’s service was a little rocky. They looked to have a ton of online orders and only 2 employees in the store. When I walked in I was told there would be a wait, no problem. The employees were definitely over whelmed. When it came time to pay, the employee rang me up and I guess assumed I had a card. I stood there about 3 minutes before she realized I had cash. Again, not terrible. Just a little rocky. I will always come back the best sub shop in town.
