A nice new and clean small Casino with an upbeat feel and comfortable atmosphere and an amazing assortment of drinks. This is where all the local Casino employees love to hang out after work. They’ve got food and drinks 24 hours a day come on down and have some fun

Went here for a late night snack had a breakfast burrito that was absolutely delicious! The environment is clean bright and sleek, laid back quiet and comfortable. Ms Sydney was a great bartender and had excellent customer service through the whole night. Will be coming back for more burritos!!

The bar is very clean, well-lit, and I have never felt unsafe while being here. They have a wide variety of alcohol and games to play. Sydni is literally my favorite bartender in town now because she is attentive, and always made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely come back. Easily one of my favorite places to drink in Reno

Nice place. They have reasonable drinks, reasonably priced small bites and are somewhat cozy despite being brand new. Some gambling machines, appears like more to be added over time here. Clearly a work in progress.
Seems like a reasonable bar to stop at in the beginning of a night. I’d love to see the decor and atmosphere continue to improve and become fleshed out over time.
I’d love to come back here into the future. Good priced food, nice people, and good priced alcohol is attractive.

Went in on a Thursday night around 9p.
Bartender was friendly enough. Ordered a combo pizza. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. The crust was a little hard on the edges but other wise it was really good.
I would suggest getting rid of the Xmas decor on the walls. Not that it’s bad but….it’s bad. I could forgive if it was still December but it’s not. I would eat here again

Yes the place is small but it’s just starting. Came in January 16 weekend and my family enjoyed the conversation with the owner and I’m assuming wife or bartender. Looking forward to great things from this new casino restaurant

Val the bartender makes an AWESOME Bloody Mary and is very sweet. They have the new popular machines and plenty of video poker. The interior is clean not smoky at all when o was there. Give them a try. Val spoke very positively about her boss – it’s great when employees have nice things to say about management.

The sudden blizzard created an excuse for a few of us to stay in the Reno/Tahoe area long enough to catch the Winter Lights festival. That was a fun diversion but The Mint had a really welcome feel. The live music was really enjoyable. The guy playing guitar was killing it. His riffing or however you’d phrase that impromptu kind of performance was really cool. My colleague and I were saying that the live/jam kind of feel kept us guessing what was next.
If we find ourselves in Reno for future engagements, we’ll definitely be back to check and see what they have going for music. Definitely worth a stop.

Went out to the western lights festival and happened to wander in here. Ended up staying because of the live music. The guitar guy really made our evening, immaculate vibes.

We walked into the new Mint Casino excited to try a cocktail and check it out. While my husband grabbed a seat at the bar, I headed toward the restroom. Before I could even get there, an older woman abruptly stepped in front of me and blocked my path, asking how she could “help” me. She had no name tag, no badge, nothing indicating she actually worked there.
She then informed me that the restroom was for paying customers. I understand policies, but if she had been paying even the slightest attention, she would have noticed my husband already seated at the bar. Instead, she chose to make an immediate assumption.
The whole interaction felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty insulting. The vibe instantly shifted from welcoming to hostile, and we decided to leave rather than spend our money somewhere that makes snap judgments about its guests.
