Ordered a kids meal and a nibbler combo. Got everything but when I went to the window to pay their system went down FOR 15 MINUTES! After they finally got it back up and I was able to pay the gentleman or sheman whatever wanted to give me attitude that I didn’t order 2 large drinks with my meals insisting that I was to take the small kids sprite that I originally ordered to a large. He then proceeded to tell me it was an extra 50 cents for every sause I needed. I asked for 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard since both meals included 1 sauce. I got my food and went home just to find my food literally thrown in the box. Only time I’ll be coming back up there to this location is to give the store manager a wise word or two about their careless and lazy employees.

Wanted to give this a try, considering it’s the newest in the area. Food was made to order, so it was hot and fresh. My problem was that they only put one grilled chicken tender in the salad, and it wasn’t even a whole tender. I ordered a side of the pickles, and they only gave me three slices . Thinking wow, what are three slices of pickles, so I ordered another one, and it was another $.33 for three pickles. That makes it $.11 per slice of pickles. I think I’ll just go to the grocery store and buy them next time. Maybe a nice gesture would have been just to give me the extra pickles instead of charging me for them. It probably cost them more just for the credit card fee. I still like Zaxby’s, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

I had a Big Zax Snack and it was delicious!
I ate while parked near the woods. I had a few fries leftover and tossed them into the grass. A mockingbird pecked at a cold fry and was not impressed. She gave the fry a 1-star rating.

I come here often and it is always an exceptional experience. The speed of service, the manners of staff, the cleanliness… everything about the restaurant and the employees satisfies me, my family, and anyone I have recommended. They definitely prioritize customers and restaurant image.

Came to this Zaxby’s around 9:20 PM and ordered two loaded fries, a Zax Snack, drinks, and a kids meal. Before I even fully pulled off, I noticed the Zax Snack box had only toast—no chicken, so I went right back around the building. When I returned, employees were laughing and staring, and the manager told me to “calm down” and said mistakes happen. I don’t play about my money or my kids’ food. I will be contacting corporate. Very unprofessional experience.

This location a part of the franchise is maybe the only okay location bc of how many employees they have working on a shift but the food sucks and they let their training employees go to their other locations (chesnee highway, cedar springs rd, etc.) and completely forget what they learned and create HEALTH HAZARDS FOR CUSTOMERS. Mold in a milkshake machine is not a good look. Nasty and just inconsiderate to the customer base and their health. NASTY.

Ordered a Cobb salad, fried, dipped in tongue torch, no tomatoes, extra ranch dressing and a tongue torch sauce.
Barely any tongue torch on the chicken (that’s why I order sauce), tomatoes on the salad and no extra ranch dressing, that I paid for. Didn’t check before I left. I 99% of the time have to ask for my extra ranch.
Drive thru is on the side of a very busy road. It’s noisy, I don’t think they hear real well.
Otherwise, salad is edible but 2 packs of ranch dressing doesn’t cut it. It seems the servings are smaller than they were.
