I ordered a quarter ham holiday meal online for in-store pick-up. I called ahead, as the website did not indicate a pick-up time. I was greeted with a bit of an attitude that I should know that there is no set pick-up time. Just sometime before 7 pm closing time. There is a small free parking lot right off of the very busy intersection of Hendersonville Rd & Long Shoals. The store has one table for eat-in orders. There were 3-4 staff working, but my order got pushed up two staff to the manager to process. Needless to say, the customer service left a lot to be desired. However, the food itself was excellent. The sides come frozen, but re-heat well in the oven. Give yourself time, because this will take about an hour if using the oven. We had green bean casserole, Mac-n-cheese & scalloped potatoes. I would recommend adding some shredded cheese to the top of the Mac-n-cheese, but otherwise, sides were excellent. The ham was predictably excellent as well. Very tender & flavorful. The store had many extra fixings available & pleasing atmosphere.

We look forward to our Christmas meal of Honey Baked Ham from this store.Problem was we go to serve the ham and there was No Honey crust or topping on this 90 dollar ham.Just plain ham.Sadly , very little ham was eaten

We ate lunch today at Honey Baked ham 2/19/2026 It was very good but too much to pay for just lunch ,My husband and I should have divided our lunch were both not big eaters but needless to say still to much to pay for lunch it was very good and will go back but eat different

We got 2 hams for a large family weekend. Management cut these two right there because there were none ready in the size we wanted. Both were yummy and wonderful. We stop in Asheville on the way to the events just to shop in this store.

I was very impressed with the staff, the food, and the overall experience. I called to reserve a honey baked ham three days before Christmas! I got a reservation number; got there and even though a very long line… it went quickly. All of the staff and consequently all of us in line were in good spirits.
