My wife and I decided to stop here for a quick lunch. I ordered the Double Big Bacon Classic, but I made it plain. My wife ordered the Apple Pecan Salad. I loved my burger. My wife had some complaints about the salad. The pecans had cayenne pepper making them too spicy for her. The chicken was marinated in something that made my wife regret ordering it. She was going to eat around the chicken, but the flavoring was too strong. Everything just had that same taste. I still give them 5-stars because of the stellar service. This location is highly recommended!

I expect more of Wendy’s maybe that’s why my rating went down from my last review but I keep getting flat sodas & the quality of the burgers at this location worse than McDonald’s, veggies old & burger patties dry. They had at least 10 people working, but I still had to wait on my order that was placed in app 10min ahead, then forgot the sour cream & butter for the baked potato. How that can happened with all that staff is unexplainable to me definitely won’t be back here.

I ordered a chicken apple pecan salad without apples, I pulled up to the window to pay and I was welcomed with arguing and yelling in front of me. The young Hispanic male was trying to talk with me , but he couldn’t hear my request and the cacusian female and the African American male were going n forth and the female brought my food to me and my order was incomplete and I received the rest of my order because I was on a time crunch for lunch. I was the only person in line and it took 8 mins to get a salad that was made incorrectly my salad had apples on it I’m allergic to apples. I will never purchase anything from Wendys again. I threw away my lunch so I wouldn’t end up in the hospital.

This has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants ive been to. The food isn’t the problem, its the people that work there. Ive been twice and both times I was charged for extra items I didn’t order. And they dont repeat ur order back to u to make sure its right. They put the blame on the order taking machine. The girls working the drive thru seem as if they have no idea wuts going on. Horribly ran…the GM needs to get ahold of the staff and straighten it out.

No tomatoes, last time no lettuce. This location is literally 2 blocks from Food depot. There is no reason they should not have lettuce and tomatoes for their sandwiches.

I really didn’t want to give any stars..The night staff sucks! 2 employees are always outside doing God knows what.With cars wrapped around the drive thru.Whatever happened to the old crew never had any problems with them.I always have to pull to the side to wait on a order and once I get home ‘Surprise! Its not what I ordered.Its has been 3 times they have messed up my order This crew really suck! Mr.Paul is about the best one out of the whole crew..I will be reaching out to corporate about this night crew..

Omg!!! I tasted Wendy’s Cold Brew Coffee in Vanilla and Caramel Flavor and I am HOOKED. Their coffee is superb and the french toast sticks are just delicious!!!! You have to try both to see for yourself!!!! Make sure you come to the Bankhead hwy location here in Carrollton!

Held the door for an employees smoking outside and went back to work not bothering to wash their hands. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one greeting or saying anything. Was met with total silience and death glares. I told them their ketchup was out just stared at me. Horrible atmosphere and service.

The service I received terrible. I don’t understand how every car is pulled up but food is not fresh. Food quality poor. If I could leave a review without stars I would’ve. I will not be back. I do not recommend.

Ordered two double burgers and got home they gave me single burgers instead‼️ Didn’t give me a receipt with my change so when I tried to get them to fix my order they told me to bad. 10/9/25 at 7:20 pm this happened. I will NEVER go back after being treated that way.
