Disappointed in the service we got today every time I’ve come here the employees are very understanding and nice. We order food and go home and realize they didn’t make something we ordered right so we go back and ask nicely to just get it fixed. Got some nasty attitude and said he knew what he put in there so only got one item fixed. I work in food service so I understand having a bad day but just a disappointing experience.

Ordered online yesterday (Jan 1, 2025) with no indication that this location was closed for New Years Day. We arrived to find a handwritten note on the door saying it was closed. They had no problem still charging our card for the $50 worth of food we were trying to get. We ended up driving over to the one in Thiensville but we were on our way out of town and this added a bunch of time on to our trip which was annoying.
Because we’ve had great experiences at this location every other time, I assume this will all get worked out. But maybe turn off your online ordering if you aren’t going to be open on a specific day.

Under new management, it definitely seems like they care about the business. The staff are extremely considerate and the experience was very pleasant. They keep their promise of keeping the store open the usual hours no matter what.
Driving past the place before the place re-opened, I noticed they even did a thorough cleaning of their kitchen equipment (something I never see with other fast-food establishments).

I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.
