Stopped by the Roy, UT Twisted Sugar location yesterday to get my kids and I a yummy drink treat since it was a no-school-monday. The girls working were so friendly and sweet and gave great customer service! Our drinks were delicious! I got my go-to which is the Huckle Star and my kids both got the Frozen Hot Chocolate which is their fave! We were really glad we came here! Some feedback for the owner, we love to tip our food service workers and are used to doing so on our card transaction but for some reason that isn’t available at your location. Please consider adding that feature, so that your customers can show their appreciation to your awesome staff members! A lot of people don’t carry cash on them nowadays, but we still want to be able to show a little extra love monetarily to a great customer service worker!

So bought cookies 3 from Crumbl and 4 from twisted, I’m a huge fan of twisted but my daughter really wanted to try crumble. I love the size of cookie at twisted! It’s not overwhelming and can finish it in one sitting. The fresh lime squeezed on top is the best! And their frosting is amazing and tastes more natural! Crumble frosting is good but I feel like it dries up and has way too much sugar. I’d give crumble a 3.5 star and twisted sugar a 5 on how it tastes. Plus crumble made me wait over 6 min and I was the only one in the store. As soon as I walked into twisted I ordered.

My first time trying Twisted Sugar and it is my new favorite. The wait was a little long but the flavors made up for it. I got a swizzle sugar and it was amazing. My “Stop Staring” drink was so good. The first sip was overwhelmingly sweet but once I gave it a stir and squeezed the lime it was perfect. I wouldn’t mind 2-3 limes for the giant cup ;). They used the perfect amount of ice, unlike some other places that fill your cup halfway with ice so you barely get any drink! The employees were so nice and friendly.

We really enjoy Twisted Sugar cookies. (We have never had the drinks, but they have a huge drink selection also.) It’s nice to stop by for a treat. We also recently ordered a dozen of their “party” sized, mini cookies for my son’s birthday. They did a great job and tasted just as good as the regular sized ones. 🙂
They also offer monthly special flavors. It would be nice if their upcoming special flavors were posted online.

This location is absolutely amazing! They have the best employees in the world!! Their cookies are so good!! I couldn’t have found a better place! They take care of difficult customers in the best way, always so kind! For only 2 workers they get things done so quick and efficiently, always willing to fix messed up drinks or cookies!

The quality of the cookies has gone way down. The cookies used to always be amazing but this last time it seemed like the crinkle cookies weren’t mixed sufficiently and lately the cookies are always cold and our of the refrigerator. Twisted sugar has always been my favorite but I think it’s time to find a new place for a sweet treat.

This is my favorite place to get a quick drink and a yummy cookie. My mom and I love getting drinks here and I also like to give their cookies as gifts to my clients that close on their house.
