This place is a joke. Nasty/dirty on the inside. employees have the worst attitudes every single time you go in there. They force you to pull around, then make you wait at the front door for 25-30 minutes. You still end up having to go in just to see the employees holding your food in their hands while taking a personal call on their cellphone before handing you their food. The manager is horrible, no customer service skills at all. And if you try to order DoorDash to escape the absolute nonsense you get messages from your driver that the food is taking forever and that the employees are racist! See photo attached. Not sure who runs this establishment but I’d be completely embarrassed. It’s clear these people do not care and have no training. Literally the worst experience every single time. Then you get your food and it’s nasty and cold. If you are forced to wait 45 mins on food you’d at least expect it to be hot and fresh. Please shut this place down! I encourage everyone who has a bad experience to contact corporate office even though this is a franchise. If the managers and those in operations don’t care at the franchise corporate will make a move after so many complaints. Any business who refuses to answer the phone doesn’t deserve your money. This is coming from someone who spent over 15 years in restaurant management. Some things just cannot continue to go overlooked. Poor management, poor food quality, drive thru issues (always rude and forced to pull around) poor training, etc.

Pulled through the drive thru and ordered literally two things to which the lady taking the order wanted to get a attitude about it they were called chalupas or tacos (you knew what I meant did you just wanna be a smartass?) was pulled around to the front just like everyone else before me (also faking your drive times making it look like your faster than you are) and after me because they are so unbelievably slow, waited 15 minutes for literally 2 things. Then the guy after me got his food before me so I went inside and asked why my food was taking 15 minutes and why someone after me got theirs first, he told me “it takes time to cook” bull I used to work for kfc and Taco Bell and literally everything comes pre made you put it in the steamer so unless you have absolutely no thought process to realize when things are getting low it does not take that long. The lady taking my order then tells me “you don’t have to yell at him he’s the only one working Taco Bell” and l can see why, I wouldn’t want to work with people who a turtle could outrun. There isn’t a lot of quick food options out here but go ahead and knock this one off your list you could go to a sit down restaurant and leave by the time they were done. Poor attitudes and slow literally every single time you go in there just drive to the one in Arlington.

I recently visited the KFC at 6880 Highway 64 in Oakland, TN, and was extremely disappointed. The service was slow, with my order taking over 20 minutes despite the restaurant being nearly empty. When I received my meal, the chicken was overcooked and dry, and the sides were cold. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, and the dining area was unclean. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a famous bowl and they didnt put the chicken in it. Didn’t notice until I got home and they REFUSE to answer the phone. Its a chicken place. How you forget the main ingredient?! I ALWAYS have problems with this location. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I went to this horrible trashy place two days in a row. First day they said it will be 30 minutes on chicken. I went back today and they said it will be 30 minutes on chicken. I asked them “What do you have”? She replied “Nothing, we ain’t got nothing”. This place needs new management or better yet needs to be shut down. I’m not saying this just because of my bad experiences, it’s the same story anytime anyone goes there. The time before this the workers were in the parking lot using profanity.

Unkept store. Wrong orders. Everything always out of stock. Condiment counter always empty. People standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone ever even comes to take an order because people are standing around in there phone.

I’d give no stars if I could, one is too generous. Living here for several years, the 1st time we went to KFC our 1st year was a horrible experience, extremely long wait time, horrible food and bad service with an Attitude, Always. Didn’t go back for a year. Trying to give a benefit of a doubt, went back and had the same issues along with the order not being correct. Banned it again for nearly 2 years, and again with pretty much same issues. Recently I went again for another try, and not only did I have to wait 40 minutes, but I got to the order box and was never acknowledged, not even a “please wait”, nothing! So after several minutes I said hello, waited a minute said hello, and nothing. Finally went the 1st window thinking the order box was out. Nope! The guy gave me a total of $15+ and I said I don’t think so, I haven’t ordered and no one has acknowledged me for nearly 10 minutes. I did order, but waited another 15 minutes for the guy in front of me to get his order. When I finally got to the window, the girl didn’t say a word to me, just looked at me with an attitude as I’m sure word got up front because of my order being out of line! And on top of that, the window was gross and nasty! To think of inside, OMG!! And my 8 piece chicken order had 4 thighs and no breast. My husband only eats the white meat. SO NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! But I am surprised that KFC/Taco Bell allows this, as it affects not only their business here, but elsewhere, even if it’s Privately Owned, you should care, it affects YOU! It’s always this way. And looks like reviews have more complaints than not, with a 2 star rating?….tells you something. But I’m extremely surprised the State Health Department hasn’t closed it down!! Maybe they just need a call!! Absolutely ridiculous!! NEVER AGAIN!!
NO recommendations for anything, that was an accident thinking it was asking what my order was.

Waited for 20 mins to get order taken then get my food wasn’t let known there wasn’t any tomatoes till after I went to eat food then waited 30 more minutes for my other food I asked 2 people to just refund me my money an I was highly ignored an then told after I received my food that I would have to wait till she was done filling orders to come refund me. All while they weren’t busy at all. Others in lobby had been waiting over 30 mins for their food

It never fails when you go to KFC in Oakland your order is not right or like myself I ordered a head on doordash when I got there they had given my order to someone else it is truly ridiculous the lack of work ethic that these employees have something so simple as to check a confirmation order what has kept me from having to wait for my order to be remade
