This is a cafe style coffee shop. I only got their coffee and refresher but the food looks so yummy! This is a perfect place for a professional meet up, interview, family or friend luncheon and even a quaint little date spot. Its a very clean well designed and decorated environment that is aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was great, hard working young ladies that were very pleasant to speak with. I went during a busy time so there was a little bit of a wait on my drinks but that’s okay .

Love this place since I found it randomly one day with the employees always being welcoming and kind! First time I came to paradox I ordered like four drinks wanting to try everything and the drinks were great and I loved each one however the real drink gem came from Ollie! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and they made me two wonderful drinks with boba in it and both were amazing. 100% will be coming here weekly now! Only thing that would make this place better would be having gluten free food options on the menu (again Ollie was so nice and offered to make anything on the menu for me without the gluten!!) (edit to add the employees name so you know whose amazing)

During our first visit to this small coffee shop, my husband and I found it very easy to locate as it had a large sign that was easily noticeable while driving down Washington Street. The atmosphere inside the coffee shop was calm and quiet, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. The tables and counters were well-maintained and clean. The menu had a wide range of drinks and food items, including a variety of coffee. We tried the cinnamon rolls, which were delicious and not overly sweet. Additionally, the hot coffee we ordered was also quite good. I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop!

Such a fantastic cafe ☕️ place with amazing ambiance, I often times think I am back in Boston or even NY!! Love the upbeat vibe & the brewistas are always on point!! I’m grateful they even let me put a pop~up pampering MK box there….

A liitle south of 6th Street in Junction City is this cozy coffee shop. The baristas are very friendly and the coffee is good. I usually order it with espresso shots and that gives it a good boost. There is a lot of seating inside and they also serve sandwiches and wraps. They’re breakfast burrito is awesome! Overall it’s a good place to go to especially while on my morning walks.

Overall, it was a great first experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I like the bar stools by the window. My chai tea latte was perfect. My only small complaint is with the avocado toast – It was definitely tasty, but they went overboard with the bagel seasoning. They need to highlight the avocado and bacon more and the seasoning/honey less. Will be going back for sure.

Second time visiting this place, my expectations and overall joy of coming to Paradox has increased.

First visit, hot caramel macchiato and their avocado toast. It was overall good but didn’t realize there was a fairly cozy yet spacious rest area for family, friends and community members.

Second visit, ordered a hot Big Red One as it’s the local special. Wasn’t disappointed and fallen back in love with the use of raspberry in coffee. The chocolate and raspberry blend was incredible! I also ordered their Paradox breakfast sandwich, never thought a semi neutral flavor but incredibly soft yet chewy potato bread would make this sandwich sing.

To test out the beautiful sectional, I brought my current crochet project to enjoy the peace from home. Pending work and family obligations, I want to keep coming here weekly.

The staff was the main catalyst for returning. While it’s their job to be friendly and knowledgeable of what they’re selling, it was the small moment of kindness. They put a message on my first to-go order a couple of weeks ago and didn’t see it until I got in the car. It’s an incredibly small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it’s the genuine kindness of people that makes me want to return to an establishment. Sincerely, thank you so very much! I honestly needed that.

The bathroom is incredibly spacious, making it incredibly friendly for those who need a wheelchair or need an extra hand from a caretaker.

The only negative here is that I didn’t get to visit Paradox until just recently. This is my go-to coffee & bistro place until I have to move again.

Move over Starbucks. Paradox blew past my expectations. First impression walking in the door was fantastic. Welcoming friendly staff who look like they enjoy working. The interior design of the building is beautiful and comfortable. The food and drinks we had were very delicious.
This is a local business that supports other local business by selling locally made products. Paradox is an amazing addition to Junction City.

My husband and I were excited to try this place. I’ve seen nothing but good reviews however we were/are very disappointed with our experience. We went for lunch today and both got the same panini. Both paninis were extremely flat, with barely any toppings. If the sandwiches were less than 10 bucks I would’ve understood, but I can’t even consider this a meal. It had barely any Brie or fig – you couldn’t taste it. All I tasted was bread and bacon. The bread was fantastic despite it being torn and the bacon was too. If they weren’t so stingy with toppings it probably would’ve been an amazing sandwich. In addition, the small containers we thought were our sides, turned out to be some red sweet and sour sauce. We were not given our pasta salad. Since we live on post, it wasn’t worth the 25 min drive with two kids back just to get two sides. The coffee was decent but I was disappointed they didn’t have any iced teas other than sweet tea. At a coffee shop I usually get iced green tea or peppermint – any bag tea.. at the very least fruit teas. Unless someone reaches out to us to reimburse or replace the 35 bucks we spent for two poor paninis and a small coffee, we will not be returning or recommending.
