Stray Bar is what I would call a boutique unique neighborhood bar. Its like being at your best friends house!! Fabulous staff. Very Tasty small bites and pizza. Great local entertainment!! I’m a local small business owner and resident of Frankfort so its nice to gave a quaint convenient place.
Outstanding cocktails and terrific new owners and managers that really care. They’ve done some awesome cosmetic tweaks too. My favorite local hangout!!!

Stopped in for a drink. Had a great old fashioned. The bartender was super fun and friendly. A 2 person bad was playing, but still great place to hang with friends and enjoy a good cocktail with conversation. Nice array of 70s classic rock. Next time i will ha e to try the food.

We used to come here all the time but have been out of the area for the past few months and boy have things changed here!! I’m a creature of habit so I get the same thing when we come here. It seems little by little food portions are shrinking. This trip we noticed how skimpy the nachos have gotten. Hardly any cheese or jalapeños and lots of broken chips. We order the nachos EVERY time we come here so I noticed. Service was ok, tho the server didn’t listen well and I was was served something other than what I ordered. By the time I received my meal, my husband was almost done with his so I took mine home. Not sure what or why they’re changing but with other businesses coming to the area, more competition, I would go back to the old ways if I was Stray Dog.

Small bar with big ambience. Kate and Sarah really work to make you feel welcome. As a bonus, live music is presented on the weekends. When I last visited, the Molly Rose band was playing an eclectic spread of show tunes, standards, jazz, and who-knows-what. It’s stuff like that that makes Stray Bar above average.
As a bonus, I am told, you can bring your dog if he/she is into the bar scene. 🙂

Stopped by for some of their delicious appetizers and a few drinks. My wife and I had a great experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great. The bar had two guys playing some cover songs while we were there. Our whole visit was terrific. We will be back for sure!
