HORRIBLE SERVICE THE FOOD IS NEVER RIGHT EVER! I HAD ORDERED PIZZA TODAY WHICH IS LIKE THE 5TH TIME AT THIS LOCATION TRYING TO GIVE IT A CHANCE but everytime (we get pizza on monday for dinner EVERY WEEK) every time AT THIS LOCATION I m met with a very very miserable employee who gives additude the moment u ask her ANYTHING let alone if u ask for something! We love other locations but this location isnt it.! Its been nothing but a headache n now I’m left with an entire pizza I cant even eat!! I specifically ask for extra light sauce then will even call to make sure it will b done right only for it to come out wrong EVERYTIME FROM THAT LOCATION! I already drive 15 minutes as it is to get to this location from my home n for the pizza not even to b correct is frustrating.. not to mention I’m now out that money becuz I’m not about to set myself up like that. What sucks is this is one of the closest locations to my home but honestly I’m done giving my service to this location becuz it’s obviously not it. I just dont get how they think that light sauce is when the sauce is literally oozing n the cheese wont stick to the dough becuz it’s literally covered in a half inch of sauce! I am not one to complain about food or anything but this is ridiculous. All I want on mondays is to not have to cook or worry about what’s for dinner yet here I am now having to make something to eat becuz my food couldnt b made THE WAY I ORDERED IT there was so much sauce it was even on the damn inside of the box lid!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars

I ordered 6 pizzas to be ready at 12:30pm on 11/16. I get there at 12:20 the arrogant person behind the counter, told me he deleted the order. When I asked why he told me because he could. Then he proceeded to curse me out when I asked him to please make my pizza. I had my daughter’s party up the street with 16 kids waiting for pizza. That is the only reason I waited. This is unacceptable for any establishment. Please stay away from this location.

Little Caesars pizza is not the best pizza you can buy, but it is excellent when you need Pizza for a party that is inexpensive. So it’s a great bargain! The problem I have is this store in Glassboro I’ve ordered here a few times over the past couple years and every time I go there the employees are rude And ignorant. I actually asked them does everybody that works here? Hate their job? It’s a sad state of affairs that people work in a customer service oriented job and they’re rude to customers. I don’t know how much they make. I don’t know if management can help and do more for the employees, just some thoughts.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the counter never greeted me and had a rude attitude from start to finish. On top of that, the store was out of everything I wanted to order. It felt like they didn’t care at all about customers. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.

Their food is consistently average, but that is not a bad thing considering that it is cheap, fast food takeout. This is one of my go-to spots when I’m low on the budget. I do feel that they can crisp their pizzas a little more though, regardless, I toast it at home myself
