Seriously the worst customer service imaginable. I get it, some people hate their jobs but at least show some appreciation to Papa John’s by giving decent customer service. No smiles or greetings. Just negative attitude like it’s draining their lives just to say hi to customers. This isn’t something new either. This has been happening for about a year now. There was one employee who was nice and I only interacted him twice but he is gone now. I wonder if they let him go because of his good customer service.

Where’s the stuff??!!!!!???. Wish i took a picture but was hungry. Haven’t been here for years and sorry I ordered last pm. I ordered pepperoni and onion. About 4 pcs of pepperoni and abpiut the same for diced onion. 22$ for this medium pizza. To bad because the sause and dough was good. When someone ask for a topping thats what they want and not 4 pieces. What was there for pepperoni was thin as paper. Pathetic. 22$ and it couldn’t even be made correct.

My order was ready in 20 minutes, as they stated. The pizzas were made just right and very fresh. We like the crust at Papa John’s the most, and of course the cheese.
We ordered Pizza to watch Bar Rescue with friends. It seemed to hit the spot.
Also we didn’t have to heat the kitchen or house up ordering take out. It was still over 100 degrees at the time and with company coming over, we wanted all be comfortable.
The staff at the store were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this Papa John’s Pizza.

$18 for a joke slice cut pizza? You can get your pizza cut regular and square.. “stupid cut” was no an option but i got it anyways. Seems they do this on purpose… what happened to quality control these days? Next time it’s Domino’s or Da Boys…, Papa John’s disappointed us, playing games with our food.

A few days ago this young lady with blonde hair delivered our food but put it on the ground, she didn’t even ring the door bell, she even got a nice tip through the Papa Johns App, this is very disappointing, and the food looked like someone vomit in the box. I wonder would she eat her food off the ground and if it looked like vomit, I highly doubt it! So we had to call to report the issue & also had to drive up there to get our order correct, but we did not get our delivery money back but the man cashier was really nice when we came up there, he made everything right with our order. But that young lady with the blonde hair is going to cause the business to loose a lot of customers, just FYI ↔️

The pizza was good. Like many places, unless you get the specials offered, it can be a bit pricey. We got a large works pizza and a 3 topping large pizza and it was just under $40. Good enough to go back, yes. The employees were very nice and helpful also.

Over the years we’ve had so many problems with this company. The food is good but trying to order is a whole different level of ignorance. Their automated payment system is the worst! Never will I ever waste my time trying to order from them ever again. They declined our card, debited our account and then credited it back to us. When we called our bank they said it was clearly a merchant error.

I haven’t had papa johns pizza for 10 years. Is it just me or is their hand tossed pizza at this location INCREDIBLY THIN. It looks like a freaking thin crust pizza. Are they serious?????? I remember papa johns pizza use to be wayyy better and thicker and the toppings use to go underneath the cheese with the cheese on top which made it even thicker. This pizza was so thin!!!! I ordered two large hand tossed pizzas and feel like this location is ripping people off. They can’t be serious with this paper thin pizza. I ordered a hand tossed pizza not a thin crust. I CANT IMAGINE WHAT THEIR THIN CRUST LOOKS LIKE. Like seriously?!!!?!?
