Friendly staff, shout out to the whole crew.
The fried green beans were flavorful crispy and tasty although for the price I think the number of green beans that I received was a tad skimpy. Compared to what I have gotten at other habit grills in the past.
The chicken club sandwich was a bit of a disappointment. The bread was saturated with oil. I found it to be a little soggy. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly. It was a pretty thin chicken breast. I think they sliced it in half to create two portions. Next time when I order the sandwich, I will ask them to take it very easy on the oil so that the toast has an opportunity to get crisy. Overall, the flavor of the sandwich was good and I did eat 3/4 of it after taking paper napkins to it to disk up alot of the oil. I would order it again, but I would be very very specific in how it is prepared.
I did not order a drink. The sandwich and the green beans came to a little over $17. I realize that the price of things are going up, but I did find that price on the high side for what I received.
I did get an opportunity to meet the general managers who were at the front of the store doing job interviews and meeting greeting customers. They are very positive. Happy people and the staff that they have hired provides excellent customer service. I think that if I had eaten that sandwich inside the restaurant, noticing that it was oily, I would’ve had no problem getting The sandwich replaced. After all, I think the cooks are working on a learning curve right now they will get better over time and figure it out
The restaurant has only been open a few days so overall, I’m cutting them some slack. I intend on going back In a monthand trying other items on the menu. I will update my review when I do.
The restaurant offers
Fresh and classic charburgers noting their signature smoky, char-grilled flavor.
Tasty sides: Specific menu items like the tempura green beans and onion rings are tasty. Try them with the ranch dressing on the side.
the restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming. They do have many seats,
Wheelchair, Walker and stroller accessibility for ordering is going to be a bit of a challenge due to the layout of the seating inside of the restaurant. They do offer plenty of seating outside on the patio. I did not see a rollup table outside for someone in a wheelchair to be able to roll up and put their legs under the table when they eat. In my case, that usually means that I have to eat side ways because I can’t get My Wheelchair underneath a table.
Convenient ordering: The availability of self-serve kiosks, a mobile app, and delivery services adds to the convenience. I didn’t find them to be a little bit of a learning curve for this old Lady who’s not used to this kind of tech. Staff was very friendly cheerful and accommodating in educating me about how to use the tech and handing my order to me when it was ready.
I feel the prices for combos are higher than expected for the portion size.
The atmosphere: The dining area is generally clean and modern, making it a pleasant place for a casual meal.
