I ordered a huarache with steak. It was OK, but not worth recommending. The salsas were good and spicy. The horchata is good.
One of these reviews recommends the tamales, so I gave them another chance with a chicken tamale. It tasted sort of like seafood, and I hate seafood, so for me the tamale was gross. (How a tamale came out tasting like that is a mystery.) There wasn’t much chicken inside, either.
I used to live in Mexico, and I continue to search for a Mexican place in Myrtle Beach that will get me coming back for more.

I got the quesabirria. Very authentic taste to everything. Probably the best birria tacos I’ve had here in myrtle beach. Our server was very friendly. Definitely will be back

Tamales were delicious & very flavorful my whole family loved them… We also ordered 3 different types of tacos asada(steak), pastor(spiced pork with pineapple), & borrego(lamb) they were all very bland & lacked flavor, most of the tacos had little meat inside. The steak dinner plate with rice & beans was good. As for the caldo de borrego(lamb stew) it was very bland & lacked flavor, it also had about an inch of grease on top of the broth.

I lived for thirty years in southern california and have gone to mexico quite often and feel as though I know good mexican food when I eat it. Today I have the manuno soup. It’s sincerely what’s the best i’ve ever had.

My husband and I like to come here for tacos when we’re in the area and are met with a wonderful experience every time. The Asada and Pastor tacos are incredible. Recently tried their Quesabirria and I was in love! If you’re in the area, check them out!

Guys this place is awesome. Authentic Mexican food. The owner greeted us and was knowledgeable and explained items on the menu. Everything was made fresh. The tamales were the best. The staff were so friendly. Locally owned and off the beaten path. You will not be disappointed.
