Clayudas & Tacos Fire is a Morristown hidden gem that has quickly become my go to spot. My partner discovered this Oaxacan restaurant, and we’ve been returning almost every week. You can truly taste the time and effort put into the food. The owner herself takes your order and assists in the kitchen.
Our absolute favorites are the steak Clayudas because they are always flavorful. I believe they use Oaxacan cheese because the texture is so smooth. The steak is perfectly cooked and seasoned! We also LOVE the cucumber agua fresca, it is so refreshing. And yes it’s authentic because there is some pulp.
We’ve also tried the steak tacos, and they are so delicious because the tortillas are handmade tortillas. A rarity nowadays! This place also has hands down the BEST salsa in Morristown, we don’t eat any dishes without it.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming so Clayudas Tacos Fire is a must visit. Also, the bathrooms are always clean. This is my favorite taco spot in Morristown.
We can’t wait to keep exploring more of their delicious menu!

Great food! Such a cute little spot. The lady working there was so nice. I loved the pink heart theme in the place. Me and my husband loved the gringas. Also the salsa was so good! Highly recommend!

Best authentic food and the pastor tacos are excellent on point you all should try them out!
