RUDEST BARTENDER IN THE WORLD. I had originally been served by a really nice girl with dark hair. Then Luis, (according to my receipt) came on duty and was really rude to me. I asked if I had done something to offend him, at which point he refused to serve me. Took my photo and sent it to every bar in terminal 3 and had several other bars refuse to serve me. Never in my life have I had anything so wierd happen. Not sure how him being rude to someone gives him the right to control my not being able to be served elsewhere. I’m an extremely polite person to servers, as I have done a lot of bar/waitressing work before going to university. I’m also a generous tipper. He is the worst bartender I have ever come across, and I have lived in 5 different countries & travel extensively. I believe he is the same person two other reviewers have complained about. He should be fired. Not a good representative for any business. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IN ON THIS ONE!!!!!

Stopped in with my daughter on an unplanned layover, we were both very happy. We ordered the burger with gluten free bun and the steak and eggs. Neither of us had food left. The steak was juicy, tender and flavorful. And she polished off that burger. Our server was Daovien and she was quick and playful with guests. Very happy surprise at the airport

Wow wow wow I cannot believe what I just witnessed. I arrived at this bar at 7:50pm on 2/5. The bartender, Salvador, helped the man in front of me and then immediately walked away and talked to another patron. He was clearly irritated about some customers that had just left, but I figured my flight was leaving soon so I could not find another bar to get a quick shot before my flight. Salvador never came over to where I was so I went around the bar to where he was hanging out to finally get his attention. I ordered my drink, no problem, but while he was processing my card I heard him talk to the bar patron about how he loves when the kitchen closes so he can go home on time. A minute later a woman with food in a to-go container came up and told the bartender how she had ordered a chicken sandwich but this was a burger and she could not eat it because she was pregnant. Salvador smiled and said “I’m so sorry the kitchen is closed, but I’ll take it off your check” He never turned to the man in the kitchen to see if it was possible for the sandwich to be made, he literally DENIED A PREGNANT WOMAN THE FOOD SHE ORDERED!!!! I hope she is fed enough to make it to her destination and hopefully Salvador (ironic name for this situation) got home RIGHT ON TIME! Booooooooooooo!! Next time you can catch me at Macaroni grille I guess ♀️

Just watched a really poor customer service interaction – a couple moved a bar stool while trying to make space for their luggage and was berated by the bartender. I was watching the ball game while deciding if I should grab beer and bite and then I got yelled at for not ordering. I was like 1’ inside /edge of tiles and told he has to pay for cable tv.
It’s a bar at the airport showing a Cubs playoff game on late Sat night – not blocking anyone or impeding anyone from ordering. I decided to walk over to Obrien’s and spend my money with a much happier barman. So did the other couple.
Avoid that old, grumpy barman and spend your money elsewhere.

The bartender was very rude and when my food came out it was burnt. By the time another omelette was made we were done the bartender was Daovien and was still charged. I don’t leave bad reviews but felt this place deserved it.

Amazing staff amazing food amazing drinks!!! 6:30 am and so welcoming and up beat!! Staff was so friendly and the whole vibe was perfect! And the music was great as well! Made my unwanted early flight so enjoyable !
