the drinks are so inconsistent here, sometimes theyre so sweet and other times super watery. their turnover rate is so bad you see a new employee like everytime you come, also they run out of 24oz cups and charge for the 24oz while giving you the 20oz? using the same amount of syrup so the drink is overlyy sweet. why charge the 24oz and give me the 20oz when you can just put the 24oz in a bigger cup and leave space… coming here is always a gamble i suggest visiting other locations like auburn way S

This is the closest location to my work and every few months I decide to give it another chance but unfortunately just have bad experiences every time. They are super super slow- took almost twenty minutes. Always make my drink wrong and are always super rude. I have driven away on occasion when I see a certain barista working. Was hoping that over some time this location would improve but that has not happened, therefore decided to leave my input here.

Every time I have came here always slow service! Coffee not made right! As we speak I’m waiting in line been here almost 20 minutes sitting at the window though trying to order a cotton candy milkshake! The barista is just chatting it up with the car across the way! Hirer better people with customer service that actually will acknowledge when people pull up!

We came to get a last night drink asked for a green tea frostbite when she handed me the drink it was not the one I asked for, then asked me to try it (really disrespectful) decided to just let it go. She also had another person on the other side of the window who she continued to flirt with very unprofessional. Drink was completely wrong should have not tipped.

The Mythical Mocha was deliciously caramel infused. If you like the taste of coffee you will be set happy with this choice. (Received blended)
Unfortunately the Abominable White Mocha was far less satisfying. Its a white chocolate mocha with toffee flavor added however to me it tastes more like a flavorless no flavor lacking in flavor topped with no flavor. Ugh… so dissapointing. (Received blended)
However, with the color of both drinks matching almost perfectly i wonder if the woman simply made both drinks then after pouring the first (abominable white mocha) added more flavor to the blender then poured the second. ♀️

I love Bigfoot Java because they are very friendly, they have great drinks, Great customer service, and they do a great job. They have 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, 24oz, 32oz and 44oz drinks.
