So I decided to order and pick it up.. This is expensive for me and was excited.. also hungry and with no time.. The Sanwhich had no oil, no long hots and one roasted red pepper.. When I called the person who answered did not apologize.. Told me to come and get the peppers.. I could not leave work again and I was hungry.. I have a condition and I have to eat.. 26 dollar worth of chalk!!! The sandwhich was not ready when I got there even though it said ten minutes.. and the order was wrong.. and I asked the guy if my peppers were inside… Not good.. Not at all!!

Primos sandwich is now weaker than wawa’s that’s sad. Got 4 sandwiches all were extremely light on meat and cheese for sandwiches averaging $13 to $15. Supremo missing mozzarella. Abruzzi was basically a cheese sandwich with a little broccoli rob and one paper thin slice of cold cut pork and when I say paper thin you could probably see through it. Audie was weak as you can see from picture and this was the better of the sandwiches of the four of them and the corned beef schwartzie was minimal meat and slaw with a mess of dressing on a roll. I’m done with Primos at least this one anyway. If your gonna charge for a sandwich make me a sandwich a good roll just doesn’t cut it without anything in it.

This store hasn’t gotten terrible. I only go here when I’m in the area . The Roxborough one is chefs kiss. I went in today for a promo ham and cheese , everything tasted stale. Barely any lunch meat on my sandwich. And talk about attitude!!!! The guy who rung me up acted as if I came in his house and asked for a sandwich. Never again!

Another tiny hoagie with hardly any meat. Today was the Nov 11th appreciation day with $8 sandwiches. They charged my wife $24 bucks for two sandwiches. That’s pretty much 40%. This is the only primo’s that I’ve been that is terrible.

I love me a Primo. This location never seems to be consistent with the amount that goes into a sandwich, but is still always tasty. If you get the pepper shooters that aren’t cheap, the weight of the container will mostly be oil.

Customer service does respond quickly, which is always nice.

I will make sure I updated my review after my next order.

Roll was stale, meat wasn’t fresh, lettuce wilted and just pieces of tomato with a bad spot in it… threw it away! waste of money.

Selling items more than 2 weeks past the sell-by date! Cole slaw purchased on 9/3 had a sell by date of 8/18 (packed on 8/10). Very skimpy “cheese deluxe” hoagie. There was about as much cheese as you would put for garnish on another hoagie. For $11, a “cheese hoagie” should have more than 4 thin slices of cheese on it. I won’t purchase from this location ever again. Skimpy, spoiled food that is way overpriced.

Today’s hoagie seems to be missing allot of meat and Cole slaw. Not very good

Edit: after finishing the hoagie I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I’m not eating here again.

Never have I wrote a bad review but I don’t want someone to go through what I did. A sweet lady assist me at the front with my order the same can’t be said about the only other person there the Sandwich maker who came in from a cigarette didn’t put gloves on while on the phone cursing at someone. Great atmosphere but aside from that because of the lady in the front left a tip. Come to find when I get home there’s not one but 10 hairs in the sand which. I truly don’t know how that many could magically fall in without it being done purposely stay far away !!
