Incredible food, and the place is run by a very passionate Chef. Prices are very modest, and considering the quality and thoughtfulness of the dishes, I would be inclined to say underpriced – check this place out. The surrounding communities are incredibly fortunate to have a local spot of this caliber and affordability. I don’t think there is anything bad here, but pay special attention to items noted as being especially favored by Chef Christie. HIGHLY recommend the chicken & garlic flatbread

Excellent restaurant. We had a large party of 9, and the vast menu had something for everyone. In addition to a daily special, they also have a holiday period specific special menu. During our visit, they had a St. Patrick’s menu with 7 or 8 specials. I ended up getting the Hambuger steak with no toppings w/cheese. It came with a side and a one trip salad bar. The steak was perfectly seasoned to the point that I needed no condiments. All was delicious. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meals. The place was really busy but M.J. and Emily worked really hard to ensure service was great. They were both very personable, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be back. I especially want to return for Thursday night Steak Night Special!

Who’d have thought you’d find homemade alfredo in the middle of Kershaw, SC! I was very impressed to find real, cheesy Alfredo at a little hole in the wall like this. While it could have used more flavor, and the cheese could have been incorporated better, it was still so refreshing to see real Parmesan in my alfredo. Their desserts appear to change weekly, but tuxedo cheesecake was to die for. While we only stopped in to pick up the food, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall, great experience and will be going back!

This place is something that you just HAVE to experience! Chef is reportedly from Louisiana, and it shows in her menu offerings. The wait staff are wonderful – including occasionally breaking out in song. They are being run ragged, as this place is a locals’ favorite, but they still smile and will take time to discuss the menu. Things to know:
1. Thursday night is steak night. Chef hand cuts beautiful marbled steaks and sells them til they’re gone. Extremely generous portions of well prepared steak are what you can expect; even more amazing is the size of the baked potato. Plus it comes with a trip to the salad bar! It starts at 5:00 and I seriously recommend getting there early. The price is incredible as well, I think it’s $21.99.
2. More desserts than you can shake a stick at. A huge variety of cheesecakes, plus I had a tiramisu that spoke to me.
3. An impressive variety of seafood.
4. Lots of choices with bayou flavor, during their Mardi Gras specials season.
5. Seating is limited. Get there early!
I fully expect to see this place someday on #dinersdriveinsanddives, so #guyfieri, take note that #flavortown is in Kershaw, SC.

Tried this place for the first time with my husband and the kids and it was amazing. I will definitely be back I don’t mind the drive either it’s way worth it. I believe we have found ourselves a new favorite place. We loved it.

Right next to Family Dollar, blink and you’ll miss the entrance (and you’ll be sorry you did!)
Food is excellent and staff are wonderful. Don’t let the small digs fool you, this is some great food (I overheard a guest saying they had to go to Charlotte to get anything of this caliber.)
