The food was so good!! I had the wings and green beans & brisket baked beans! So good!! My friend had the brisket and he said it was the best he ever had!
The manager Thomas was so friendly and the staff was excited to be there.

Came here for a girl’s lunch and we were blown away. Service is quick, knowledgeable and a complete .
Stuffed baked potato with pulled pork was amazing. The fried onions and queso just elevated it.
Brisket sandwich and crispy potato were beautifully seasoned, perfectly cooked and came out so quickly!
French fries are not to be underestimated and the hush puppies are the best I’ve had in years. Definitely have them with the Lo Co. Sauce! Turkey is juicy, tender and paired perfectly with the peppery brisket.
Also, read the fun sauce board to get the perfect liquid for your delicious barbecue.
10/10, definitely have to come back and try the chicken, sausage and ribs!

Food was better than expected considering they just opened. They know meat! The brisket was amazing. Each meat that we tried was moist and tasty. The sides were really good too- I tried the green beans and corn pudding. We’ll definitely be back.

Let’s start from the beginning. I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted the City Sampler. She asked me what 2 meats that I wanted. I told her there are 4 on the City Sampler. That was supposed to come with pulled pork, sliced turkey, sausage, and brisket. They didn’t have turkey so I ended up with pulled chicken. She finally got that and I told her with Baked Beans, Collard Greens, and a drink. She didn’t ring my drink up, but did give me a cup. I got seated and made sure that I got several sauces to try. Meal came and I was looking forward to it. Pulled chicken was moist, but not my favorite. Pulled pork was ok. The sausage was ok. I was disappointed in the brisket. The baked beans were good. The star of my meal was the Collard Greens. I absolutely loved them. The sweet tea is very good too. Overall, I’ve had better barbecue. Service was ok. Attention to my order was not good. Will I be back? That is to be determined. Would I give it a shot? That depends and I don’t know if I’d drive to South Huntsville to eat here.

My wife and got two samplers so we tried the ribs, pork barbecue, brisket, sausage, and turkey. As sides we tried the potato salad, green beans, baked beans, okra, and Mac n cheese. Overall, the food was great. Rating meats: Ribs10/10, turkey 10, pork 8, brisket 9, sausage 7. Rating sides: Mac n cheese 9, green beans 7, baked beans 9, okra 7 (needs to be more crisp), potato salad 8 (very dill pickle flavored but grows on you). Like it!

The nachos are amazing. I get it without the onions, pico, and ranch. Just extra queso and sweet city bbq sauce. I tried them with the swine wine pico the first time and was not a fan of that. But the 2nd time I had them without it and it was perfect. The BBQ sandwich with the sweet city sauce is very delicious as well!! The hushpuppies are the best I’ve had in a long time.

The brisket was amazingly tasty. It was the perfect blend of tender bark and smoked meat. The sauce was great too. My daughter ate all of her pulled pork. We found a new favorite bbq spot. Can’t wait to visit again. The place was packed at 4pm on a Saturday. Get there early to find a seat indoors or you might be eating on your tailgate or the patio area. Either way you’ll be getting some of the best smoked meats in north Alabama.

Good barbecue. I loved the smoked sausage and Mac and Cheese. I do have to say the portion is smaller than I would have expected (especially since I paid $25 for this). The staff was very friendly when I picked up my order. It was ready immediately with no wait. I will be sure to return!
