Everytime we have breakfast here I remember why I come back. The owners and staff are welcoming and ready to give you some great food! This morning we had the Ultimate Burrito (MUST HAVE) Banana Waffle, and BIRTHDAY CAKE PANCAKES!! The breakfast potatoes are amazing and perfectly cooked (Crispy outside). I also love the great music playing suddaley in the background. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well.

Haven’t had an opportunity to taste the food after a 40mins wait on one dish I was sharing with my husband. A BLT Benedict does not take 40mins. The cold brew was amazing. Another family was there was along wait. Sticking with what we know Recipe Box and Scrambled Egg, fast service and great food.

This review may seem off base after reading all the good reviews, before we visited.
5 stars to all the young ladies who kept things running and were attentive to our needs.
The floor was not sticky, and the balance appeared clean.
Why the 3 star? The food. Everything we received was not even close to hot. Barely warm would be an accurate description. I am not sure how a perfectly cooked over easy egg can not be hot, but mine were. Same with the bacon and hash browns. The other plate we ordered of pancakes, we needed to search for warmth again.
The hottest item we were served was the to go coffee.
With the rather intense competition in this market segment, not hot breakfast seems like a big problem.
Again, huge thanks to the serving team, they did great.

Owner should have better customer service, could learn from her servers because they were much nicer. We went on a Sunday morning, there was only one other table seated outside. Granted, by the time we left, there were many tables, but they filled in about 30 mins after us. Once the food finally arrived, it had been an HOUR since we arrived. We brought this to the attention of the owner who decided to CORRECT US and inform us the ticket had only been in for 38 mins so it wasn’t an hour we were waiting. (Which that’s a really long time anyway!) That means it took the establishment about 22 mins to even take our order and ring it in, but the owner wouldn’t allow me to get a word out before telling me I was wrong. The food arrived cold, yet the bread was toasted to a brick that it cut the roof of my mouth when I bit into it. The insides were ice cold. This was a very disappointing experience, another location we have visited was quite pleasant and tasty so it must be due to ownership. Can’t say we will ever be back, mouth still hurts and owner definitely left a bad taste as well! Tip: next time, just take the feedback instead of correcting me (incorrectly!)

2/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience
I’ve been coming to Canopy Café for breakfast for quite some time. While I’ve always appreciated the atmosphere, I’ve consistently experienced long wait times for food. In the past, I was told it was because of the complexity of the dishes I ordered, so I tried to be understanding. This time, I decided to keep it simple and ordered biscuits and gravy, thinking it would be quicker.
I understand that Mother’s Day can be especially hectic—I’ve worked in my parents’ restaurant before, so I get it. But I do think it’s important to set expectations with customers if there’s going to be an extended wait. Waiting 40 minutes for biscuits and gravy seemed excessive, especially since this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced long delays here.
On top of that, it took over 30 minutes for Tiffany to check on us, and just as long for me to finally get a coffee refill after trying to flag someone down. We ended up taking the food to go because the wait just became too much, and honestly, it made me rethink supporting the café in the future.
I hope this feedback is taken to heart because I truly want to see you all improve. The atmosphere is great, but the food quality doesn’t quite match the wait times, and the service felt nonexistent. I think there’s a lot of potential here, but unfortunately, today’s experience has left me questioning if I’ll be back.

Best breakfast place around hands down. The chipotle aioli is sooooo good. I normally don’t like breakfast places eggs because they always taste weird. But these taste so fresh and are cooked perfectly. Definitely going to be the new go to spot. Customer service is exceptional!

Seriously though, every time we go here everyone is super friendly and the service has been excellent. I also love the fact that this location is right in fishhawk. Super convenient to grab breakfast here!
Also, the prices are good. We went to Dunkin the other day and the prices were very close with the Canopy Road quality being way better.

I ordered take out early morning for breakfast, the app said it would be ready by 7:35am. I get there at 7:50am and the young lady tells me they open at 8am and that the app has the wrong opening times/pickup time. Not a big deal since she said it would be ready in 15mins. I received my food and when I am in the car I see it’s the wrong order which was allocated for someone else… I head back and they had to recook my entire order. Literally spent an hour at this location waiting. They gave me a 15$ gift certificate meaning I had to come back and buy more food in order to use it.. not going to happen. I get home and my Country Fried Steak was terribly cooked (pale as steak with all of the breading falling off) and they forgot the gravy as well. Not once did the manager come out to speak to me. The young lady didn’t even take accountability that she messed up by not asking the name of the order. Change ya cooks, waiters and management.
