I absolutely love me a good Starbucks, but this store was amazing. Service was awesome. Don’t remember my server‘s name. She was a light skin curly head girl super sweet made my Americano perfectly. The music wasn’t too loud. It wasn’t busy at all. It was a rainy day. The restroom was pretty clean. They have an outside patio setting. Their pastries appear to be freshly made nothing empty on the shelf. They were fully stacked and prepared for service. Definitely will be coming back during my grocery shopping trips

I would definitely recommend this Starbucks I had an issue with a latte I got and I called and Eric the supervisor was so courteous and extremely helpful he welcomed me to come back and make me a brand new one and also when I got there came to the window to greet me and say sorry . Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with any Starbucks anywhere and I drink it everyday sometimes twice a day . Would definitely recommend this location .

I don’t know what happened to customer service these days but this place is definitely lacking in it I got a coffee Frappuccino drink made in Pleasantville at the Starbucks took 2 sips of it and it was so off putting that I couldn’t drink it I went to the Starbucks on Wellington around the corner from my home on my way home stop there with the full drink that they took from me and I gave them a new drink order something that I knew for sure that I liked the girl told me that Starbucks those weird things like gets rid of the ingredients that they used to put in stuff and you think you’re getting one thing but you’re not so after this looks infirmed they took my drink order and then attempted to charge me for my replacement drink telling me that because it was a different location in a different drink that I was gonna have to pay for it needless to say I won’t ever be going to either Starbucks ever again while makes better coffee anyway for less money
