I originally had left a bad review because I had come and the place was closed during their posted hours but as it turns out this place is less of a normal brick and mortar restaurant and more some kind of restaurant/food truck hybrid. Their facebook seems to post when they aren’t going to be open at the location and instead doing food truck locations.
They were still waiting for their chicken delivery which is fine since I went early on a monday, so I didn’t get to try much. What I was able to get was outstanding. Most chicken places tend to be really mild on their seasonings or just outright bland. This place got it right in every way and the breading was deliciously crispy.
Their bread rolls didn’t really do it for me which is more of a personal taste thing. Too much fryer oil saturation. The potato wedges, however, were delicious.
The service seemed pretty good too. Not really sure where folks are getting rudeness from but who knows? Maybe I caught them on a good day.
My only real complaint is pricing being expensive. Paid around $21 for their small size on the receipt.

Can’t really rate them. They are Never open for the 8th time. Though they have a Schedule for Business and They always showing open. When you call there’s always a animated answering machine. Signs says open through these hours , You go there the doors always locked. “Just go Out of Business!! !I don’t believe they exist!! I never smell food cooking or grease frying! Skip this spot!! Bought a extra biscuit that they forgot to give me when I asked about it they looked around like I was crazy

So today was my first time having Chicken with Bones. I’ve always heard good things about their food.
Now I know why!! I TORE THAT FOOD UP!!! AND I MEAN TOE IT UP??
Also, it was hot outside and I was having a hot flash on top of the weather!! One of the employees offered me a cold water to cool me down and didn’t even charge me.
You know that most place aren’t going to let the chance to get a dollar go by??

Owner is very rude. He talks in a condescending manner if you ask questions about the menu. Fried chicken is a little bland but the baked chicken is flavorful.

I work near the restaurant and it has never been less than delicious. I can get a snack pack for under $10 and get chicken I would rank in the top 3 of Chattanooga. The guy that works out front is personable and friendly. I go there at least twice a week.
