I’ve been eating at Frankie’s Deli since 1992 (way back when it was Classic Deli). Even after moving out of state in 1999, it is the place I always eat when I come back to Clearwater. Frankie’s hot pressed Cuban Sandwiches have traveled woth my family to at least 5 states when I haven’t been able to travel back here. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and I feel like I’m part of their family. If you haven’t already, go give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Friendly sub shop. The pressed subs/hoagies are very tasty. We have the Steamroller, the turkey deluxe, and a fabulous homemade Italian pasta salad. Everything was fresh and yummy!

Came in to get an Italian, and was greeted by a wonderful lady behind the counter. She prepared my sub quickly and I was out the door. The sub looked amazing, but unfortunately that’s where the good stuff ended. The bread must have been at least day or 2 old, as it was hard as a rock. The meat smelled funny, tasted funny and I got diarrhea the next day. I had high hopes for this place, but now it makes sense that they were dead in the middle of the lunch hour. Save yourself some money, and don’t get the stomach aches by going somewhere else

We love Traci!!! Hardest worker we know!!! We have been her neighbor- met her because of her insane love of Rotti dogs❤️ . We also have large dogs lol – but we finally made it down there and WHAT!!! Best Italian Grinder I’ve had in like forever- and she hot pressed it! That was a first and now I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to eat it any other way. ❤️ Hubby had Cuban – also pressed hot and he was blown away! Also sammies we’re so big we had to take home the rest and ate them for dinner! Delicious! Also the ambiance didn’t disappoint either – as you can see in the pictures. Looking forward to my next day off to go get some more
