Ramos Cafe is an absolute must-try in Douglas! I had the chicken and shrimp fajitas, and they were sizzling, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—tender meat, great seasoning, and generous portions. My husband ordered the Diablo Tacos, and wow… bold, spicy, and packed with flavor.
The queso deserves its own shout-out—hands down some of the best I’ve had. Creamy, rich, and addicting (we could’ve eaten it with a spoon).
Great food, great experience, and a place we’ll absolutely be back to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want solid Mexican food done right!

This was a pleasant suprise. My coworkers and I came in here after a long day of driving up from Oklahoma. The service was great, and all of our orders were out within probably 10 minutes. My food was excellent the skirt steak was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

My first visit I just asked Siri where there was a good place to eat close it picked up this facility! I’ve never been here!
Right away it’s a café with a Mexican theme, hamburgers, chicken, fried steak, and of course, Mexican food.
I ordered the cheese enchilada plate smothered with a green sauce and it came with beans and rice. I will give that a five out of five stars, was very good not too spicy, and they do bring some red and green sauce to put on top if you like it spicier.
I foolishly ordered a bean and cheese burrito on the side. The thing was huge. Only had a couple of bites that will be going home!
Also gave me an iced tea to go and I need to go cup. Thought that was very nice, highly recommend I will be back.

We stumbled upon this place while traveling to Gillette, and wow—what a find! The food was absolutely delicious, with every flavor hitting just right. We even grabbed some Mexican pastries to enjoy on the rest of our road trip, and they were fantastic.
The ambiance and décor were romantic and incredibly comfortable, making it such a pleasant place to relax. On top of that, the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
We absolutely recommend this place and would happily stop here again!

Fresh, delicious food (mexican and american), homemade hamburger patties, convenient location, short wait even when its crowded, owner/Manager know how to run a restaurant.

My family and I ate here after a long few days of camping and we couldn’t have picked a better place for a big breakfast.
Friendly staff and incredibly quick service. Their menu has awesome variety. Our meals were huge and flavorful. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll certainly be back!

The people who work here are so kind and attentive. The burrito was big enough to take half home for another meal. My wife said the burger is one of the best she has ever had. My biggest complaint is that this restaurant is not in the city where we live.
