I realized it was about 15 minutes before they closed, so I asked if they were still making coffee. If they had already cleaned i didn’t want them to have to do it again.
My disappointment is that I ordered a large cappuccino and it came out to just be milk and really weak coffee. They redid it and it was the same. My wife had the same experience. The guy behind the counter said it was right, but to both of us it tasted like they had been reusing the same coffee grounds over and over.
I will never visit this Starbucks again. They were terrible. I hope the owner addresses this issue with there staff.
And what I really like is they responded below sending me to their regular contact us page to go through the entire process of trying to talk to someone. In other words, if they cared they would have made it easier to contact someone that could deal with the situation and not gave the run around.
While I’m at it I have a question for startbucks.
Do you think it’s right to push a credit card machine in front of your customers to guilt them into leaving tips? Most other fast food restaurants don’t do this. You are supposed to provide service.

reading these negative reviews is kinda hilarious lol especially for a coffee shop. I have work customer service when I was a teenager/early 20s and they really do think Baristas or any customer service rep is a superhero lol anyway, I love Whitney and this guy with freckles he so cutesy and they both know me by name and it always catches me off guard when I walk in lol This location is REALLLY crowded being that it is the only location in the area! hopefully soon they put another location by the hospital to help level the crowd out. I have noticed over this weekend at the new associates starting and it taking a little longer to get my order but I have no issues being patient with the newbies til they get acquainted.

There is a NEW Starbucks store now open at 2443 Ocoee Apopka Road. They have a Drive Thru and a friendly staff. They are open from 5am to 9pm everyday. Really happy to have a Starbucks close to home. Before they opened this store the closest Starbucks was the one located at 10870 W Colonial Drive. I noticed that they run out of products early. For example on a Saturday at 3:30pm they didn’t have any more banana bread, Chocolate Chip cookies or any of the lunch sandwiches. However, I am happy to have a Starbucks close to home. 🙂

This store has almost no service, and several staff members are busy with blank expressions. Why do people still give it high scores? I placed an order on my phone, and I waited for more than 25 minutes, but nothing happened? I went to ask, and they saw the forgotten order with blank expressions, and went to make me a cup of lemon tea, and hurriedly handed it to me, with blank expressions throughout the process, no service, no explanation. Starbucks coffee service quality has forgotten that they need customers. If there are no customers, won’t they lose money? It is worth pondering for managers!

I agree with the post of the drinks not being made to standard and getting eye rolls when asking for a remake. It’s true! I got burnt twice once a couple of weeks ago and again this morning .I literally told them about double cupping my tea. Before I got burnt. This is not a mean or rude review, but if something is told to you more than once . It’s time to evaluate.

I e been ordering the same drink for a number of years, with the app. This place didn’t read my directions so they messed up the drink had to go back in for them to fix it. Shame on the employee for not reading my directions

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this issue needs attention. My order has been incorrect over 5 times missing extras and wrong milk, which can cause allergic reactions. It’s frustrating to pay for items not received, which cause freaking side effects and errors that aren’t noticed until I’m far from the store. This is serious, not a joke.
It shouldn’t be that complicated; the printed label indicates what the drink should have. The morning crew seems to lack training, attention to detail, or, at this point, I think they just do not care. Which should be concerning as a business owner, because you lose repetitive business. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the repeated mistakes are unacceptable. If staff can’t consistently follow order instructions, management should revisit training or staffing. This impacts customer safety and loyalty, Business 101. I hope something is done about it.
